I have used this service several times, there are different employees dispatched at different times. There was an employee who admitted she had just entered the country illegally and was on her way back east to meet with others who had crossed the border before her. According to his staff, this is a common practice. Some of these employees are not vetted. Employees also admit that Tony operates without a business license, insurance and is not bonded. According to Business License at CABQ.gov they do not have a record of his business. Beware, if they damage your vehicle you might have to take him to court to recover damages. I made an appointment for a Saturday detail on my car between 12 and 2pm . at 2 PM nobody showed up so I called. They said somebody would be there shortly around 4 o'clock. Still nobody showed and said they could do me tomorrow the next day at 8:30 which they completely blew me off. Choose another company this one sucks. read more

Our RV looks better than a new one. Communication was professional and he arrived when agreed. While here, he de-fogged 2 cars' headlamps. Those also look like new. Very highly recommended. I used to use this company quite frequently but their service has really gone downhill. I scheduled an appointment and they informed me that the appointment time would be 2:00 pm. 2:00 pm rolled around and nothing. 3:00 pm and still nothing. I called and was advised by the female who answers the phone that someone wound be arriving within 30 minutes. At 4:30 pm I reached out again and was advised that no one would be able to make it to detail. There was zero communication about any delays and they ultimately told me that they couldn't make the appointment that they originally scheduled. No empathy, no apology, no nothing. All she ordered to do was reschedule. If you consider your time without your vehicle valuable and care about reliability, honesty; and communication do not use this company. They will waste your time and you will be scrambling in the end to get someone else to do what they originally promised. read more

Hate to write this, but be careful when using this company. They gave an amount per foot (RV wash), then once done, it was much more than provided. The worker did do a good job and they got me in next day for my RV wash, but you don't provide a $$ per foot, then change it when done. Especially when my rig is new with no fading and already waxed. Poor business practice so be cautions and get the amount up front. read more

Never. I'll never use these folks again. I recommend that you don't either. I booked an appointment for between 11:00 and 2:00. Small car - they quoted a price of between $120 and $140. They called to confirm in the morning and said they would show up earlier if they could. My schedule was tight, so that was important to me. Tick Tick Tick. I called at 11:40 and asked how it was looking. They said they didn't have to be there until 2:00. They called at 2:20: "How's he doing?" I ask "Who? There's nobody here! Where are you guys?" They put me on hold while they call their guy. tick tick tick "Oh sorry, he's on his way, he'll be right there". 2:45 the guy shows up. I ask how long it'll take; he says at least three hours. I don't have three hours; I've got to be gone at 5:00. I ask him to do his best as fast as he can. At 4:45 he's finished with the inside (that did look pretty nice) and has just soaped down the exterior. I go out and tell him he's gotta wrap it up in ten minutes. Disbelief, but he rinses off. I tried to pay him but he says no, you've gotta talk to the lady. I tell her the situation and ask her what she thinks is a fair price. She says "the car wasn't that bad, so $135!" No way! I offer $100. She won't take less than $120. So I paid $120 for an interior cleaning and wasting an hour of my time. I gave the washer guy a healthy tip cause he was nice and tried (he's got no control over scheduling) and told him he should get a job somewhere else. Never again. I hate doing business with people that don't honor commitments. read more

Absolutely AWSOME job done!!! Came out to my house and did 2 of my vehicles, and got me scheduled the very next day! Both cars look brand new. Had a whole bunch of stains on the seats and after a couple hours of very thorough cleaning it's like they were never there. 10/10 will be recommending tony to everybody I know and will have them back out. Just got my Tesla Model Y detailed (no wax though) and I am extremely happy with the entire experience. It was great not having to take my car somewhere and arrange for a ride to get back home and to pick my car. The price was more than reasonable and Luis did a great job even though it was in the mid 30's outside (I felt bad for him and hope he doesn't get a cold). My experience with making the appointment, and subsequent texts to remind me of the appointment and to let me know that Luis was on his way exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend. read more
