This limits flexibility and feels like mandatory upselling rather than optional add-ons clearly presented upfront. Highlights alone run around $200 and that's before surprise fees. The pricing feels deceptive. If you're okay with hidden charges and mandatory add-ons, go ahead. Otherwise, take your business somewhere that respects your time and wallet.

The chairs are spread apart, everyone was wearing masks, and the stations were sanitized after someone left. My stylist Kristen was amazing. She was really easy to chat with and asked me about my hair routine, styles I liked, etc. She recommended a cut that would work really well with my very minimal routine- shower & air dry.
