I was initially frustrated with some communication issues when I first called and was actually about to look elsewhere. Without me even asking for special attention, Amy reached out to me personally. From that moment on, everything fell into place seamlessly. Amy clearly genuinely cares about her customers and the families they serve. They even offer in-home services for those who prefer that option. We ended up going to their salon on Pine Street in Riverside, where we met Bree. She was absolutely outstanding! Bree was so warm and welcoming, especially with my kids. She made the whole experience feel like no big deal at all. We were in and out in a very timely manner, and she answered every single question we had with patience and kindness. It's not cheap, especially with multiple kids, but it works. One and done. This is our second visit after several months. Diane was fantastic the first time and helped us again. She's incredibly knowledgeable and even showed us exactly what she was finding. Vanessa is helping us for the first time, and she's been great as well, very thorough and helpful. I'm especially glad both of my kids can be treated at the same time, so we don't have to spend double the time here. Hopefully this is our last visit, but if you're dealing with this frustrating issue, I highly recommend coming in and taking care of it right away.

Miss Scarlet was like a little hair, Angel I'm not even kidding! Her touch was seriously one of the most gentleness I've ever had ever! Pricing is high and not transparent. The lady working there is nice and does a good job but the…read morenatural products they use don't work very well. They also don't follow the guarantee listed on the website. If you have lice within the 10 day time frame guarantee you still have to pay for an additional appointment- they call it a "follow up" or "final check" which I feel should be included in the initial fee. Overall I liked them but felt that just a few changes could go a long way in improving their service. Also please hire more techs so that same poor lady doesn't have to drive all over Southern California to the different salons! To have a family treated you are looking at around $1,000 all in (including the products they pressure you to buy). I guess that's why it's called Once in a licetime...because you can only afford to go once and the next time you have lice you just deal with it at home!
