brought in for a rim repair, and walked out with a messed up 500$ tire and they replaced it with "200$" tire because they felt bad. On the day they messed up the tire he admitted it was just fault. came back the next day to work out a solution because i wanted the same tire as the other 3 which is the 500$ tire and he decided to blame me saying the tire was already damaged but i drove it all the way from goodyear to them with 0 issues and tire wasn't damaged at all. Car has less than 200 Miles. He then threatened to knock me out. Cops got involved then shop proceeds to lie to the officer saying the car tire was already damaged and leaking before i arrived to the shop. Shady and bad business. Ok in response to the lies you told. I will go down the list of lies. 1. We were told the repair would take 2 days and the powder coating 2 weeks max. 2. Was NEVER told the powder coating would be sensitive 3. No one ever power washed the rims. We took the truck through Cobblestone car wash where we have a membership. 4. We brought the rims back to you 3 days after receiving them. Because there was huge chips. 5.the loaner wheels you gave us had the plugs already in them and were dry rotted. Not new. We took it to the tire shop by our house because I take kids to school and I had to fill them daily. They told us the tires were no good and had already been plugged. 6. Yes you told us to bring them down after I told you the first time they were leaking. And you still put the same ones on. You are located 45 min from our house and the tire wouldn't make it that far. Just taking my kids to school I had to fill it 3 times. He told you there was no way it would make it. 7. The rims were in the same exact shape as when we got them. We had a stock one he bought on instead of the loaner on the wheel that was a problem. So we could drive it there. Our rims are 28s you loaned us some 22s that were garbage. 8. As for backing into someone we handled that with insurance and it has zero to do with you. But nice try. 9. As for the sensors when he picked up the rims they were suppose to be ready at 5 mind you you said they would be ready 3 Fridays in a row. He told you they weren't working you told him they would start working after 10 min. We came back and was back at open Monday morning as you're not open the weekend. We were told we had to wait for 3 hours until the manager got there. He said he just wanted a refund again told to wait. So we called police for reference number 10. Because we decided to sue you on smalls claims court you wouldn't fix the sensors. 11. Every time we called we got the run around and the ladies were extremely rude. We recorded the interactions because the way we were treated after spending soooo much money and time dealing with your horrible business. 12. Sensors still do not work and we've brought it to 2 different places. Was told they weren't installed. 13. We served you with the intent to sue the last day we were there. So we will just see you in court. But you should try being honest. We only rated you on yelp but due to the lies you just told I will be rating and reviewing you everywhere now. 6. read more

They do not honor their 3 month rim repair warranty. I had my rim welded there less than 30 days ago. I noticed that the tire was slow leaking again. I had it inspected at Discount Tire and they told me that it was leaking from the welded area. When I took it back to No Limit Customs, the young repair man Christian proceeded to tell me that there was a slight bend in the weld and he would have to charge me again because there was no proof. It was obvious that there wasn't any new damage when he shoWed me the rIm and said I'm sorry but I'm on camera back here and have to act like I'm showing you for my boss. I pleaded with him but to no avail. He offered a discount on a new weld which waS ludicrous since I was still within warranty. The shop is dirty and freezing. No heat or hot water in the bathroom. Please go somewhere else. UPDATE: The Response from your company to my accurate and honest review is evidence enoughh of the lack of professionalism that your company embodies. How very unprofessional as a business owner to approach a customer that way when you the time and opportunity to make it right there, regardless of if another crack or dent came into play it was your responsibility under warranty to fix it and if not what does your warranty cover? I've never felt so ripped off in my life, this place is full of utterly incompetent people. They will try to squeeze any kind of fee out of you they can! Brought in a bare rim with a small dent in it to be fixed, left it over night and came back the next day. Had a different rim with a tire on it i wanted swapped over to the rim being fixed which was included in the price. Came back, waited over an hour just to have them swap the tire over. They tried to charge me an extra $5 to swap the tire which wasn't happening. They did however say i needed a new valve stem in which they charge me $5 for. Finally got the fixed rim back with the tire on it and it looked like nothing was fixed, just a bunch of black spray paint all over it. They also tried to keep my other rim i swapped the tire off of. BUYER BEWARE! I took a cracked rim here to be repaired. After paying $80 and driving the car for approx 2 months I get a low tire notification. After closer inspection of the tire it appears they did not weld the rim at all! They just sanded it down and put some sort of epoxy in the crack. After bringing my car back here today I talk with both of the women behind the counter. She proceeded to tell me that they cannot fix this dangerous hazard because I don't have the little yellow slip of paper used as my "receipt" despite them both remembering me, why I came into the shop, and what I had got repaired. After showing them my credit card statement showing when they charged me the $80 the woman behind the counter became agitated and stated questioning me on how I knew the rim was even cracked!?!?! WHAT A JOKE. After that she said they can take a look at it and give me a quote. They're too cheap to own up to a mistake they made and are willing to send someone on the road with an unsafe vehicle to save a buck!!!! This is clearly a scam.."fix" it so it lasts a few months then you have to go pay again! NNNOOOOOO PAY A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!! Based off my personal opinion with this place was honest. I spoke to Mary to get my rims fixed. She looked at them and was completely honest, she told me she could fix the chunk that was missing from the wheel but judging of the seriousness of the chunk that needed to be welded its a possibility if i hit a pothole it could crack again. She saved me $550 dollars, so people saying these guys are money hungry are wrong they are helpful. You need to ask questions before just allowing someone to do the work. I dont know how this place stays in business i had them put 1 tire on a rim that was already off the car and waited almost 1.5 hrs on top of that one of the workers put one directional tire going the wrong way and I noticed it and told him he tried to tell me that I was wrong but finally figured he was wrong but had an attitude about it, also in a separate occasion I called to ask if they had a certain tire in stock and they said they had it for sure then I drive all the way down there for nothing because they told me they didn't have it (sorry but this place needs to get there shit together) read more

I stopped in here with a flat tire and bent rim. I was expecting the worst, but to my surprise they were able to fix my tire & rim!!! They saved me so much money, and were SO polite. I did drop off my tire in the morning and they did explain it would take almost all day to fix the rim. I didn't mind at all because they saved me hundreds of dollars. The only reason they received a 1 star from me is I can't rate them lower and leave a review. They use a bait and switch sales approach. They are not a good business to deal with. I drive 40min to get 2 truck tires. I was told on the phone $20.00 each for used tires. When I got to their store it was $50.00 per tire, I asked and they said well we start at $20.00, I told them that I asked about the size of my tire and was told $20.00. I agreed to the $50.00 per tire. So I confirmed, $100.00 total right? They said just $100.00 total out the door. I asked if they took a debit card, because I had not planned on the $100.00 they said sure, $100.00 out the door. Then the girl told me the debit machine charges $2.00 to the total, I said then just charge me $98.00 plus the $2.00 so we would be at the $100.00. Terrible experience. Would rate lower stars if possible. First, I had applied for financing through a company called Snap Finance and was approved for some money and wanted to get my Fiancé new rims as an anniversary gift. We found out that No Limit used Snap Finance so we went to ask a few questions. We started off by letting them know we were just looking because we had absolutely zero money on us. As we were looking at rims they let us know that Snap Finance would completely cover the cost of new rims and that we could have them put on that day for no cost until the payments started next month. We thought that was awesome so we picked a set and asked how long it would take because we were to be somewhere in about 2 hours. They reassured us that it would take less than an hour. It ended up taking closer to 3 hours due to the fact that they never told us the rims were all the way in Queen Creek. But nonetheless they seemed awesome and like they were really trying to help us out. Then while they were putting the rims on the car we asked how much tires would be because my vehicle needed them. they told us it would be $100/tire which didn't sound bad. They then told me i could apply for Acimia - which was just like Snap Finance! Or so I thought. They failed to inform me that Acimia was going to charge me $55 just for APPLYING. I then see that they wanted that money and i told them i had no money just like how i had told them when we first arrived. They were kind enough (again so i thought) to understand my situation and said to just bring the $55 when i wanted new tires put on my car. We then asked if my Fiancé's old rims could be put on my new tires when we choose to get them. They said yes and insisted we just leave the rims there until i wanted new tires - so we did which was a bad mistake. Come to the next morning my Fiancé gets on the freeway to drive to work and his car was shaking violently! When he got to work he was able to take the lugnuts off with his fingers!! THEY NEVER TORQUED THE WHEELS DOWN! So at that point i didn't really want them to put new tires on my car due to the fact that i couldn't trust them to make sure they were on properly. So today i went to go pick up the rims my fiancé left there because we weren't going to use them for my tires. once i get there they literally told me that they were going to hold my fiancés PERSONAL PROPERTY until i paid THEM $55 due to the Acimia application fee i didn't pay. The employees and the manager there all seem very lazy and like they just don't care about you. They also fail to communicate anything at all.
