My experience with Snyder Floor Covering goes back to 2013. Richard Snyder's crew helped create a beautiful master bath in our house (unfortunately, I didn't write a review then!) Recently, when I needed to touch up some of the grout with caulk, I contacted Snyder Flooring for info on the exact color - hoping that someone would reply. I was pleasantly surprised when Richard Snyder reached out to me himself! He asked for the approximate date of the project, so he could look up the information. After I gave him the year, he said he would get back to me. A short time later, after going to the warehouse where his records are stored, he called me with the color and information on where to get the grout. This may not seem big to some, but I am overwhelmed by the personal service from the boss! I recommend this kind of follow-up service to anyone.

Because of previous, good experience with them, we quickly responded that we would use H2 Renovations. Once the dry out work was done (including cutting portions of sheetrock out in 3 rooms to enhance drying and removal of wet insulation), carpenters Matthew and Jonathan showed up early one morning. They replaced and floated the sheetrock, reinstalled baseboards and shoe molding, replaced a bathroom door in less than two days. Painter Misa jumped right in to head up the painting effort (repainting the 3 affected rooms along with an adjoining hallway) with the help of Jesus, Junior, and Jose and a couple of other painters I didn't get the names of. Due to multiple coats and a few scheduling issues, the painting took about 9 days of work to complete, but we were thrilled to get all the repairs done in a little over a month. The office staff was attentive to our requests, and Bart kept in touch with us throughout the effort, maintaining a friendly, accommodating and very efficient oversight. Everyone involved was focused, efficient, and notably courteous while being very sensitive to our needs.
