My experience with Snyder Floor Covering goes back to 2013. Richard Snyder's crew helped create a beautiful master bath in our house (unfortunately, I didn't write a review then!) Recently, when I needed to touch up some of the grout with caulk, I contacted Snyder Flooring for info on the exact color - hoping that someone would reply. I was pleasantly surprised when Richard Snyder reached out to me himself! He asked for the approximate date of the project, so he could look up the information. After I gave him the year, he said he would get back to me. A short time later, after going to the warehouse where his records are stored, he called me with the color and information on where to get the grout. This may not seem big to some, but I am overwhelmed by the personal service from the boss! I recommend this kind of follow-up service to anyone.
