I just finished my 6 week 20 lbs Challenge few days ago and I'm so happy that I was able to achieved my goal. I've lost 22.1 lbs! I nailed it! After all my hard work, I don't want to go back to my heavy version of myself. I have more confidence and self esteem now. I still need to lose more pounds. So for sure, I'll be continuing my journey with them. The staff are all nice and friendly. Namely-Albert, Nate, Caleb and Veronica. The instructors are amazing - Brenda, Christian, Andrew, Jim, Jenny and Brigette. They motivate you to push yourself. I'm so grateful for all your encouragement, patience and support. I really appreciate it. They offer different class hours that will suit your busy schedule. Workouts are fun and very challenging but doable. The facility and equipments are clean and well maintained. I would absolutely recommend The Camp Transformation Center to help you get a jumpstart on your health and fitness goals. Walking into the camp six weeks ago I could barely complete the warm-up fast forward six weeks later I'm completing warm-ups without a pause and almost completing every exercise given to me always focused on proper form. My wife who goes to the camp and reason why I'm here, use to run circles round me now it might be another type of story. Couple power!!! Super grateful for the opportunity to challenge myself and give it my all every squat every Burpee every time I skip by the candy aisle. I didn't think I'd be so drawn to such an amazing community of staff and fellow workout partners, I definitely can see myself making this still a part of my every day lifestyle, without the challenge which truly is the real challenge. The first weeks were challenging getting my body acquainted with the hustle and grind. After reaching the halfway point and having to take a week off For work on the ocean I had a lot of making up to do. I really pushed it extra hard the last two weeks and then my final week did 2 - 2aday workouts with a three-a-day workout on my final day before weigh in next morning. At some point I felt like a portal to the gym was waiting for me to fall thru as I would be jumping out of bed relaxing to the gym. No excuses. I'm confident knowing that I have reached my goal of 5% or more body fat loss and willing to weigh in two days early. I have definitely put in the time and the dedication with homemade ready-made meals which I couldn't have done without the loving support of my beautiful wife always making sure I have fuel in the tank. Ive become successful in both health, fitness and business now that Ive contributed to the media department freelancing my work as a drone pilot. Huge shout out and thanks to front desk and staff for the continued support and encouragement. The accountability was effective. This quarantine/pandemic weight got the best of me! I joined the camp in 2016 and since then I knew that whenever I needed a restart I could go back and get myself together again. Things you should know about me: I am really stubborn, I like to stick to what I know, and i swear left and right that i know everything sometimes. One of my friends told me about the 16 week challenge here and I was intrigued but I also was like, "well, I've already lost weight before, I'll be fine! I know what I'm doing." I'm on my second week right now and I've already learned some new tools I didn't have before. Everyone here is also really kind and patient, because I think they know you're learning something new and that's not easy. I started my weight loss journey last year.  After loosing 40lbs I hit plateau, no matter what diet and exercise I did. I saw an ad for The Camp Anaheim, decided to give it a chance. From the moment I walked in to gather information I was met with sincere good customer service from Andrew, Bianca and Daniel. At no point did I feel pressured from them trying to sell me anything.  I took home the exciting information to my wife, and we joined the challenge that started Aug 10 2020. The workouts, are tough. I have not worked out like this since Basic Combat Training in the Army in 09. Just like anything else, practice makes perfect. You'll notice you getting stronger and improving in all the workouts. And with Trainers like The Camp Anaheim, such as Jesse, Nick, Jenny, Shareef, and Bridgett  you will definitely  see the improvement and feel encouraged by them. Any questions Ive had for them regarding a workout or a stretch they have always been very helpful and informative. I sincerely belive they know what they are doing at The Camp Anaheim. As far as Sanitation, the provide everyone one with a Disinfectant spray and a towel. We all wipe down the weights/equipment after each use. I've also seen the trainers spray everything at the end of each class. Well, six weeks later I lost 28.6 lbs and feel alot stromger than I have in a while. We have rolled over to another challenge and plan to eventually become members.  Hopefully a lifetime meber. Don't wonder what it would be like, join a challenge. I joined the camp transformation when the pandemic shut down gyms last year, my main inspiration was on my first visit meeting trainer Jesse after I learned his story of weight loss. I'm the type of person who relies on other people through their experiences to believe in myself. In corporate gyms, you just don't see the same inspiration or have that intimate connection. Since joining, I haven't stopped which also motivated my partner to begin too. I had known of and been thinking of joining the camp for years now, so I finally decided to sign up for a 6 week challenge! I'm so glad I did because it's now such an important part of my daily routine to wake up and come to a class with my new friends and amazing trainers. I started this journey at around 313 pounds and today I weighed in for the end of round 1 at 23 pounds lost!!! I am so motivated to keep going with the challenge and eating healthy. If you are someone who is considering a 6 week challenge but aren't sure I encourage you to at least try. The camp transformation center literally has transformed me I just finished my first challenge and I feel amazing. I can't wait to start my next six week challenge and lose another 20 pounds I am finally feeling great and I get to keep up with my two-year-old running around all day long. Loved how it started, hated how it ended. I had read reviews about cliques and favoritism but chose to ignore it. I definitely never felt welcomed. I think something that was very disheartening is the fact that they lead with this idea that they would be your partner through the journey, and they would call you, and talk to you if you missed any days or had trouble with things but that didn't happen once. It never felt like a "family" or a place that had accountability for their members which is what I was looking for and what I was promised. I reached out on the app and never heard back and whenever I tried to talk to the workers (8/10 times) I was greeted with attitude or awkward glances. read more

Decided to take the 6 week challenge to push myself past my plateau. BEST decision ever! Lost 21.6lbs The staff is amazing & super encouraging! My weight loss joinery. This is my first week of joining the transformation camp center. I am currently attending the 6 week -20lb challenge.I have made efforts to succeed in loosing g weight and find what really works for me. It is difficult when you hold a full time job and have a family to tend to. The camp transformation center has a lot to offer not only are they flexible with the class times they are also very supportive. The trainers are very helpful and attentive. The classes are full of energy and other like minded individuals are also motivating we are all there to achieve a common goal and that is to transform our self's into the person we want to become. Progress takes time. You can't expect results in week one. However if you stay motivated and dedicated you can and will achieve your goals. The hardest part is getting into the routine and making into class. At times due to my schedule I have to attend the early classes as early as 5am. That is a dread. However get in there put the work in. I have been making it to the transformation center and I am really starting to notice the difference. I feel more motivated and energetic. I speak form personal experience the camp transformation center is something I had always been considering. I didn't think I had it in me. I made so many excuses as to why I didn't begin to transform myself into the person I know I can be. I am grateful for the knowledge and support I have received by attending. At the beginning of the camp, i got very discourage and beaten, i remember trying to do a sit up and i couldn't, to be honest it got to me, but talking to the trainers, and seeing those pictures on the wall, and seeing how everyone came together and pushed you to be better, made me not quit but to push harder than ever,i love how they are there for you and want you to succeed, there to answer your questions, and help you with your meals or concerns,the camp has changed my life, I've lost 30 pounds so far and don't see myself going back, it's been life changing and this is just the beginning , can't wait to see what i can do with this drive the camp and the camp community has given me. The Camp in Anaheim has surely transformed me to be a better version of me. I just didn't lose 20 lbs, I gained the priceless knowledge of proper healthy eating. This program also made my body and my mind stronger. The bonus part of this challenge, is the long lasting friendships that I created. This journey made me look at food in a very different way, that it's very important not to deprive yourself of all the wonderful food that God gifted us with, but that it is also important not to abuse them. I now appreciate the importance of eating healthy, in moderation and portion control. The Camp Transformation Center was not my first option for weight loss, but OH MY GOODNESS!!! I'm so thankful that I made it my actual choice. Now about the staff, when I arrived at The Camp in Anaheim, I was surprised from the friendly staff. Antonio and Stephanie are so cheerful and energetic. Kelsey is so friendly and attentive. I felt so welcome and a sense that I belonged there, so without any hesitation I decided to sign up for the "20 lb. 6 Weeks Challenge". Kelsey was so good on answering all my questions and she genuinely cares about your needs. Signing up was surprisingly fast and easy. The trainers are all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere and trainers! Of all the locations this one has the earliest classes available, making it very convenient to get your AM work out it... no excuses. The challenge I selected included a few supplements to assist with the goals of the six weeks; I was not a fan of the protein powders, however. They do have other proteins to purchase that had a much better flavor, in my opinion. They do sell a mango BCAA that is delicious too! The Camp Handbook they distributed at orientation was very informative and a little funny to be honest. The facebook group was extremely supportive and had a wealth of information and recipe ideas to help keep you interested in the food you're eating. The first week was challenging; I was incredibly sore and had a difficult time walking down my stairs at home. Every week after that, got easier and easier. I did meet my goal and lost 22.5lbs Due to a relocation for work, I am opting to not roll my investment into a membership. But, I have a great foundation after completing the last 6 weeks and feel confident that I will continue on my journey on my newly rediscovered passion for the gym. read more

I came in with low expectations. I already knew their plans worked, based on what I had seen first hand from friends. my expectations were low because I wasn't sure it would work for ME. I was wrong. I followed the instructions. put in the work and effort, supported fellow community members as needed, and I lost 24 pounds. I am happy to say I am in the best shape ever, and now am wearing clothes and sizes not seen in over 8 years. The Camp Anaheim deserves this 5 star review more than anyone in my opinion! I want to start off by saying that before I started coming here I was extremely depressed and unmotivated. Like, not even leaving my apartment except for absolute essentials and chowing down on fast food for 2/3 meals a day depressed. I was out of work due to COVID and doing school online and had really no other goals for myself besides getting the bare minimum done. I hadn't gone to a gym in YEARS because I was terrified of going and looking stupid or not following through. I was overweight and honestly super weak and not ready to present that to the world. Not to mention I could barely get myself off the couch due to the depression anyways. One day, however, in the midst of the deep hole I had dug myself into, I randomly got this feeling that I needed to do something, ANYTHING, or I was never going to get better. I was really at my lowest point. I began doing some internet searching, looking at countless gyms and other alternative forms of exercise that might be able to help. I wanted somewhere that was going to be able to guide me through what to do as I had virtually no gym experience, as well as somewhere that could hold me accountable. Most importantly, however, I wanted a community. Eventually I came across the camp and something about it felt right to me - I gave them a call to ask about their 6 week challenge. This was the pivotal moment for me. I was shaking while it was ringing for fear of taking that step. When Shareef answered the phone I just knew that I was talking to a good soul. He was so friendly I could literally tell that he was smiling even though I couldn't even see his face. I'm pretty sure we were laughing together not even two minutes into the call and he invited me to come by to talk about their programs. SHAREEF, THANK YOU. I know I see you multiple times a week now but it was your kindness on that phone call that got me out that day and I honestly think about that fact all of the time. I have bad social anxiety and if I had sensed even a little bit of negativity I probably would have hung up and y'all would have never heard from me again. Alas, there was no negativity to be sensed and I left my apartment not even ten minutes after hanging up. Already taking leaps and bounds from the hermit life id been living after just one phone call! Well, after getting a little tour of the gym and learning about their programs I signed up for the 6 week hard body challenge and planned to start the next day. I will admit, I was TERRIFIED. I mean, SO scared. That night I was regretting my decision bad because I had never been consistent with a gym, never meal prepped, and honestly, never been consistently healthy. I felt like I hadn't given it enough thought and that I was setting myself up for failure. Yes it was hard at first. Yes there were times I slipped up. But once you get into that routine you realize it's not so bad. (It's really not!) When I finished my 6 week challenge I went right into a membership and I've been consistently going to the camp for nearly 6 months now with no end in sight. I can't believe it! Everything has changed for me. I'm in a better place in more ways than one. Its not just physical - It's emotional, mental, and spiritual improvement too. It feels so freaking good knowing that I'm taking care of my body the way that it deserves to be taken care of. After all I've been through, struggling with body dysmorphia and an eating disorder I can finally say that I don't feel disgusted by myself anymore. Ive even been able to improve my relationship with food which is one thing that I've needed for a really long time. Coming into the camp every morning and having the front desk employees, usually Bianca or Daniel, smiling at me and saying "good morning, Kelly! Enjoy your workout!" is such a warm and personal way to start my day. I always look forward to seeing them. Because of The Camp I finally found the community that I wanted in all of my class mates and I've gotten to know and love all the different trainers and their styles. Friends and family often ask why I don't go somewhere closer to me and it's simply because I don't want to. I have never felt judged by anyone here and have always been supported by those around me - even if it was just a quick "How you doing? How you feeling?" on my way out. Hear me, if you are feeling stuck like I was or if you're simply looking for a sign from the universe to take that leap - let this be it you're just a phone call away!! P.S. I'm not getting anything out of this review. My challenge ended months ago. I was simply reflecting on my time and realized it might help someone if I shared my story and how I got going. Super thankful that i came across this place. The camp has definitely changed my life the moment I started their 6 week hard body challenge. Never have i ever thought i would be able to push myself to where i am today. Ive always wanted to push myself to complete a bootcamp experience and i am so glad that i finally got to do it. Most of the staff there are friendly. The trainers are amazing! They really are the core to keeping this place running. They always know whats best for their clients and always try to help everyone succeed in their own ways. They always make the classes fun by changing up the workouts and making it challenging for some to motivate them.
