NlPT is active place it's atmosphere gives it an exciting motivating gym to workout. The couches are knowledgeable in personal exercise program to fit you specific goal. They offer a verity of other programs that help enhance your program. NlPT staff had the credentials for a gym was a perfect fit for me. I first started going to NLPT on ClassPass after moving back to CA. I tried out a ton of gyms and this one was the best. The group classes are challenging but upbeat. People are nice and the schedule works pretty well with my work hours and kiddos activities. I started training with Kristin after needing some serious guidance after the stresses of the holiday season. She's awesome. If you have limitations, she works around them. I've been to many different gym types and No Limit is by far the most comfortable and I've seen the best results. I was in a funk both physically and mentally and didn't work out for nearly two years after having my first child, and I avoided the public gyms due to COVID. I decided to commit to NLPT and I am glad that I did. The members here are all welcoming and the trainers here are all knowledgeable, positive, attentive, and motivating. Every workout is as challenging as you want it to be. The workouts are well balanced for cardio, muscle building, and a ton of core. Another aspect that attracted me to the gym is that they do their best in keeping everything wiped down and clean. The results have been very good for me. I consistently worked out 5x a week and generally ate the same, maybe drank slightly less frequently and cut down on some snacking and sweets. After 12 weeks, I lost 3.3 pounds, but is been fluctuating as high as 7 pounds lost due to changes in my muscle mass composition. But the biggest difference is the body fat loss of 4.3%. No Limit is hands down the best gym. From the coaches to the members everyone is so supportive. I have never felt comfortable in gyms before coming to this gym. It is a rare find and I am glad I found it! I can honestly say I love coming to the gym; even on days I don't feel like working out I know the everyone around me during the work out will help motivate and hype me up. Just an update on my review. I continue to be amazed at the service I receive from my gym!!! Who sends thank you cards out to their members? NLPT! You know it's a family when almost everyone is wearing a branded Tshirt -that tells you how much everybody loves this place. And we also have online access to workouts; nutrition etc for when we are out of town. Sako cares about each and every one of us and so does every instructor. I'm hooked. Just try them. Being part of a family business myself I highly respect the small business owner and what they represent. Sako and his team are as real and good as they come. When I couldn't find babysitting for my newborn he put together a home workout for me (just to be helpful, no cost) and I'll never forget that.
