It was in a tough spot and rather than tearing out the bathroom wall for more room, Mike was able to squeeze through the area where the piping was to reposition and secure for proper drainage. Not only was his pricing very reasonable but he saved us a lot of money by not needing to damage our walls to get more room. I highly suggest Mike for any household projects you may have. The carpet was installed properly and the installer was very good. Unfortunately the carpet did not match the sample we had gotten from the store. It was not as plush as the sample and we felt that the issue needed to be addressed at the store. For what we paid, we did not feel it it was a good value. We returned to the store to express our concerns and showed the salesperson the difference between the sample and the carpet that was installed. She agreed and said she would let us know what they might do to compensate us for the lesser quality. We have not heard anything from the salesperson or Christoff and Sons. Apparently they are not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. We explained that we will be remodeling the the kitchen and replacing additional carpet but we certainly will not be using Christoff and Sons as they don't seem to care.
