I stand in front of this place very often to wait for my bus home and today I finally had cash because it's cash only and this is by far really the best Chinese I've had in a very long time. Only take out cash only spot with the best food and prices. I ordered the beef and broccoli with garlic sauce and shrimp egg fried rice the beef was fresh and tender not chewy at all, the rice was full of flavor they are generous with the portions. Plenty of picture menus polite and fast service. I'll be coming back.

Ordered: Beef w Broccoli & Garlic Sauce (~$13) with shrimp fried rice ($1.50): comes with egg roll & lemonade General Tso's Chicken (~$12) with fried rice: comes with egg roll and soda Aya's take: After my go-to halal Chinese spot closed in Queens, I've been on a hunt for Chinese takeout that is satisfying, tastes clean, and hits the spot. Thank God for No Pork Halal Kitchen! There are 2 windows to order from and a counter to eat off of. Other than that, there are no seats/tables, etc. They're also cash only. We ordered from their All Day Special menu which is an unbeatable deal. The Beef w Broccoli & Garlic Sauce was savory, juicy, and fresh. The General Tso's Chicken was crispy, a bit too battered, but still had nice flavor. But the fried rice. This is what all fried rices should strive to be. The brown tint, the light saltiness, and the bean sprouts. It was superb. Genuinely some of the best I've had. Also, you know you're a real NYC spot when they serve lemonade out of a plastic container. By the way, the lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet, citrusy, and refreshing. I usually don't go for lemonades but the worker said it was homemade which intrigued me. Most times I have Chinese takeout, I expect to feel gross but this was the opposite. I felt good and unbelievably satisfied. So happy to see this halal Chinese restaurant still standing and hope they continue to do well because I will be back!

A solid spot. I ordered the all day special general Tso's with fried rice, chicken egg roll, and a ginger ale that came out to around $12. Fast, reasonably priced, and good.

Always a hit especially on rainy days. This place is so affordable and the employees are always accommodating. They gave us a free ice tea because we made such a large order--literally made my day! There's nor that much seating, they just have 3 stools next to the door. But it's a great take out spot and the food stays fresh and delicious. They have a huge selection of sauces that you can take. The food was delicious and I literally had nothing left over on my plate. I was super full from the order even though it was a small. The beef broccoli with fried rice is a hit for me always but especially at No Pork. I love the way the beef is tender and the broccoli had a nice crunch. I liked the fried rice but I forgot to mention I didn't want beansprouts so that was on me. Everyone else loved their order and there was still a lot of food left at the end.

When I was researching halal options in Brooklyn and ran across the creatively named No Pork Halal Kitchen (imagine the naming discussion/debate), I figured this was one spot I had to try. I like Chinese food, and in this case I wouldn't have to worry about cross-contamination with pork. This place truly is a hole in the wall. No frills, and no dining in. It's a takeout place. I ordered a small General Tso's Chicken w/ fried rice, which came out to $9.75 total. Unfortunately they only accept cash, but thankfully I had $10. The chicken was good. It was nicely breaded and spicy. There were only two pieces of broccoli, but plenty of rice. I would have liked less rice and more broccoli. All in all, an enjoyable dish and a good value.

I love their food. They are usually crowded but the wait is not too long. The food is worth the wait.

When I visited New York a second time I told my girlfriend we had to go here. We had eaten a lot earlier in the day and I still insisted we come here because we didn't have much time left and I really didn't wanna miss out. The kimchi chicken sandwich was phenomenal, and the wings were out of this world. The sandwich in particular was so saucy which made it overall so flavorful. The wings are exactly what you'd expect and more - perfectly crispy, crunchy, and juicy. Was I full from our earlier meals? Yes. But stopping by here on our last night was the right call. Generally I'm easy to please, but when I went back home and asked my peers from NY what they thought about this place, they agreed that it was definitely good! It's unfortunate this location closed down but I'm glad there's still other locations that are open. I just hope they're still conveniently located when I plan my next trip. I literally don't stop thinking about this place when it comes to chicken, their name really fits!

I think owners are a Korean wife + white husband duo, which would explain the menu options (korean fried chicken + seafood boil). Not sure if it's true for just this location or the entire franchise. Solid fried chicken + fries whose crispiness stays for your trip home (at lease a 30 min commute). Tip: order sauce on the side so you have plain + sauced wings. What I Ordered: - Wings: on the smaller side - Sweet + Spicy sauce: indeed a little spicy for my weak tolerance, needed to pace myself - Soy Garlic sauce: classic - Sweet Potato Fries: soggy + plain- no seasoning (other places have cinnamon sugar?) - Truffle Fries: fragrant + crispy
