Ordered this on DoorDash and overall, the wings were pretty good. They were fresh, juicy and the buffalo seasoning was on point. My main gripe about this was the fact that they called it the traditional wings combo and they added a picture of fries in the combo. When the order had arrived it didn't come with fries. Sometimes when you accidentally get on the wrong train and get off the wrong stop, you'll come across a gem of a shop and think it was kismet. Such was the case for me at 9:30pm on a Tuesday evening, cold and hungry after my workout class. I had recognized The Munchies from Julian Mu's TikTok series, Late Night Bites, and so had hurriedly stepped inside to order some food for the ride home. Even though it was late on a weeknight, the small corner space was bustling, with a line almost to the door. But, the staff moved quickly and efficiently, and I received my order within 10-15 minutes. The menu is quite expansive and offers everything from classic halal cart platters to fish and chips. The portions are extremely generous, especially for the price too and I can definitely see why this is such a popular spot for late night eats. I ordered a lamb and rice platter ($10), which comes with two sides of your choice (I picked hummus and salad). The only thing I would say that would need a little improving is the seasoning. This is me referring to the chicken (mostly the chicken) and lamb. On the weekends they close 4:45 am and before 3am on weekdays. The hot sauce is hot (so you need very little), but the food is well seasoned, fresh, and super filling.
