He put a sticker on my car, not the window, but the paint, without permission. He put off coming back out to my house to remove the sticker. Finally made an appointment and cancelled only when I had to contact him to see if he was still coming. His unprofessionalism was by far the worst, and I will not recommend his services. He left my garage a complete mess with pieces of window tint all over. Not impressed with the work, attitude or unprofessionalism of this company. He clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction, or doing the right thing. Instead an apology at the very least, he became sarcastic and rude in his responses to my review on his website. They did a great job on our two vehicles, matching the front windows to the factory tinted rear windows and also on the windshield of one. He was able to fit us in earlier than we were scheduled but called ahead to make sure that worked for us. When he showed up he got right to work and was done with everything pretty quickly. He left the garage clean, I didn't have any leftover signs that someone had been out there working. I'm very happy with the work and will have them back out to do the other windshield since it really turned out nice on the one he did. Not sure about the first review but that wasn't my experience at all. read more
