Super heroes! Our son got married at Rim Rock Ranch where No Worries catered the rehearsal dinner and appetizers. The main food was to be provided by another caterer-gormet taco truck. After the ceremony, while No Worries was breaking down, the other caterer called with car trouble and could not provide the meal. No Worries made a couple of calls and leaped to the rescue. They provided a great meal which was only 30 mins later than scheduled. Amazing!!! (I believe I saw one of No Worries chef disappear into a phone both and emerged with a bright "S" on his shirt. We used No Worries for a wedding at Rim Rock Ranch in May. They provided dinner for the rehearsal dinner, hors d'oeuvres for the wedding, and - unexpectedly - dinner for the wedding, as mentioned by Rick N. in his review. I worked with No Worries on the hors d'oeuvres portion. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a stationary table with the Italian Antipasti Board. We also had four tray passed items: Beef Tenderloin on Crostini, Grilled Goat Cheese Toasts, Stuffed Mushrooms, and Grilled Vegetable Skewers. Everything was absolutely fantastic! No Worries made sure to provide both vegan and gluten free versions so that all the guests could enjoy the food. As I am gluten free, I truly appreciated this. I don't have photos of all the items, but I will include the few that I have. The night before the wedding, No Worries provided dinner after the rehearsal. I did not organize that portion of the wedding, but I remember that two of the choices were salmon and steak, and they were both simply wonderful. There were a variety of desserts, one of which was a gluten free chocolate brownie concoction - which was a big hit among both the GF and non-GF folks. As mentioned in Rick N's review, the caterer for the wedding dinner broke down on the way to Rim Rock Ranch. Imagine how we all felt - in the middle of the desert for a wedding, and suddenly no dinner! No Worries truly lived up to their name that night. We had the most delicious champagne brunch - grilled salmon, eggs florentine (all of our guests said it was the best eggs florentine they have ever had...EVER), fruit and yogurt, a variety of stuffed dates (YUM!), french toast, and beat and spinach salad. It was insanely delicious and they were so laid back all morning! They brought everything they needed, arrived on time, set the table, cleaned up, and by the time they left, the kitchen was cleaner than they found it - much cleaner! Then they came back for dinner and somehow managed to top brunch! We had the most delicious appetizers - vietnamese style chicken sliders and fresh spring rolls with shrimp or tofu - then an incredible grilled romaine salad followed by truffle marinated steak grilled to order (and perfection!) with asparagus and couscous and grilled swordfish. INSANELY GOOD! They set everything up, moved things around to suit our group, and were so fun and friendly! The presentation for both meals was unbelievable - we took photos of everything! At the end of our absolutely perfect meal, after they had cleaned up (again, so clean!), Dana gave the sweetest, most heartfelt toast to the bride-to-be. It was so special! Dana and Kenyatta are not only phenomenal chefs, but they are a fantastic couple and are the loveliest people to spend time with. We rented a house for a weekend for my husband's 40th birthday and had Dana and Kenyata put together a dinner menu for 2 nights for our group of 8 adults, 5 kids. Before we even got there, Dana was amazingly communicative and responsive with questions and updates.
