I called NW Septic Service upon the recommendation of someone else. I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. In my initial conversation with Tara, she answered all of my questions; she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bill came out to our house the next day, and Tara called me ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way and would arrive shortly, during the timeframe we had discussed. I had hoped to find the lid on my single-compartment septic tank before Bill arrived, but I couldn't find it. Bill found it right away. Although I called NW Septic Service for a routine pumping, I hadn't had the septic tank pumped before. As a result, I had numerous questions related to the pump chamber that had been installed next to the septic tank about 20 years ago, as well as questions about my drain field, etc. Bill answered them all, and I learned a lot. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. He is also honest. I thought I might need to have some additional work done, and, although I didn't necessarily want to do that work and spend more than I had planned, I was prepared to pay the extra amount needed in order to make sure all was well. Bill looked at the situation, then told me honestly that I didn't need to have that other work done at this time. The charge for his work was very fair. The cost for the pumping and county fee was exactly what Tara had said it would be. Although Bill did have to find and then gain access to the lid, the little bit extra he charged for that hard work was less than I thought it would be. As a result, despite the extra work with the lid and the time he spent educating me about my particular septic system, I actually ended up paying less for the visit than I had expected. I recommend Bill, Tara, and NW Septic Service without reservation. If any of my neighbors ever need work on their septic system, I will not hesitate to suggest Bill and Tara. We had our septic alarm go off Sat night, something that had never happened in 17 years of owning the house. We of course tried all the trouble shooting techniques and failed. We have had our septic pumped twice before and were told we only had 2 tanks. So after getting prices from several we decided on NW Septic. I had told Bill of our issue and to my surprise had someone come the same day. Derek was a young guy but well versed and experienced on septic tanks. We thought we had the tanks all ready for him (2) but he said there is a3rd tank, (to our surprise) not only did he locate it he dug it out for us. My husband had been injured and could only use 1 arm. So we were quite happy, felt sorry for Derek though. He certainly was a fast digger and found our problem quickly a faulty float- and wiring. The cost was quite surprising as most companies would of said we needed more and then the cost would have been higher. Derek was honest and let us know in the future the pump would need to be replaced but it wasn't today. We would not have known the difference. This young man was very kind in answering and educating us on our septic. We will certainly utilize NW septic in the future for all of our septic issues. Once again, No Worries Septic Services was the right choice for us. We were on vacation when we got the call that we had some liquid bubbling up from our drain field. We asked our local family to call NW Septic to get on the schedule to assess the issue. The were here the next morning and in no time we had a plan. We were provided a written quote and the worst case was explained in case they found more than they expected when they dug into it. Derek and Brandon were great as usual and got right to work. It was more involved than expected, but they worked within the quote and got the drain field repaired and up and running. They even took down and replaced the fence sections necessary to access the entire drain field. From Terra in the office, to the guys in the field NW has the best people. Family owned and operated, they take pride in their company and in their work. One of the best contractors we have ever worked with. This company lives up to it's name ~ NO WORRIES. No homeowner looks forward to having their property dug up for septic maintenance, but No Worries Septic Services made it as painless as possible. Communication with the main office was excellent; they patiently answered all of our questions (we called multiple times) and we received a courtesy call when the crew was on the way the day of service. Derek was knowledgeable & professional; it's obvious that he loves what he does. He was able to repair our septic system and make improvements that will make future maintenance of the system easier (installed risers & clean-out ports). Derek & Ty were respectful of our property and even though the work required the use of an excavator, our yard & landscaped beds were left in surprisingly good condition. On my first call, Terra researched my septic online (after giving her the address) and she knew more about our septic than we did - within minutes! They came out when they said they would and really seemed to know their business. They had to dig up our yard, and dug up an old tree stump for us in the process :) And then he went to great care to cover & level the area the best he could. I have used these guys for years, they have never failed me. This time I had a low air alarm on my NuWater septic system. First they assured me this was not an emergency situation, then they scheduled a tech who came out on the date and time promised and verified that this was something that needed to be fixed, but the system was still functioning. They then scheduled a date and time for the repairs that worked for our schedule, came out and fixed the problem and the overall charge was very reasonable. I called Monday morning with a main line drain blockage, Derek arrived early that afternoon (after the office called me to tell me he was on the way). He quickly assessed what the problem was, going above and beyond to investigate everything needed (including climbing under a deck with less than 12" clearance to check the septic tank). Fantastic service! Family owned and operated​ in the Puyallup area. When your dad with dementia ignores​ his septic system for about 30 years... Yes, it was solid from almost top to bottom but luckily the drain field was still working correctly. This is the right company to call for any septic service that you need. I called NW Septic when my septic pump stopped working. Bill came out shortly thereafter and was able to make an accurate assessment on the spot and give me best case / worst case scenarios. He was able to work through the problem quickly and although the job itself was a pricey one (mostly because the new pump I needed was expensive), his rates were better than expected and the labor costs were reasonable. Terra has been extremely helpful and patient with me. We had to have gone through 25+ emails of her helping me locate my 2 lids(at first just identifying that I had 2 lids, when I requested quotes I stated I had my lid uncovered and she was the only one that check and said "you have 2 lids are they both uncovered?").
