The facility is exceptionally clean, looks to be newer construction with several specialty services offered. Each service is clearly marked to help find where to check in at. The ORTHOPEDIC staff from check in thru check out were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Alexander was friendly and listened to my concerns, offered his opinion and thoughts and had my best interest at heart. Rotator, shoulder injury and pain will prevent a good nights sleep and almost impossible to find a resting, pain free position for the affected arm. I received a cortisone shot today in my shoulder after 5 months of me self treating with OTC meds Aleve, Motrin, Excedrin, prescription med, supplements, ice pack, shoulder brace, arm sling, Votaren, Bio-Freeze, heat therapy, tens unit, light arm stretching, massages and NOTHING really helped. I appreciate Dr Alexander's treatment and advice and hopefully on the road to recovery w/o needing surgery.

The initial application or get to know you process is painless, just a normal half inch stack of papers but you would do this in any Care Facility. They love BlueCross BlueShield here. I remember the doctor that saw me I believe her name is Maria was very helpful on asking me the questions and answering any of mine. I cannot really remember when I got this type of treatment in Houston, things like this make me want to move here. Very very clean facility, it's almost like it opened up a week ago or something.

We have Tricare insurance which does pay for urgent care but when my wife went in for an issue (after calling her primary care manager and being casually referred to this location) we received a bill for the visit. After talking to their billing department I was informed that Community Express Care IS NOT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY and thus does not bill as an urgent care visit. After reviewing their website they are very careful to not say they are an urgent care facility. Bottom line: if you are expecting your insurance to cover an urgent care visit make sure they view this location as urgent care because Tricare does not.

This was the VERY FIRST time I was at this Hospital ER (been there 5 times total in 30 years) that I was not treated like the typical Hypochondriac Woman. Mind you I NEVER go to the DR not even Primary Care. So, if I cast a shadow on their door it is serious. So Michael walks in looks at me and takes ACTION! Next thing I know I am hooked up to IVs for swelling / hydration etc. WOW. I actually was getting help. He was courteous, professional, personable, and matter of fact honest about what my body was going through and said the effects may last for days. This man actually cared about my health. I have never had any good experiences in an ER. This was a good one. Additionally, my friend had to go to the ER yesterday with severe abdominal and back pain and he found she had a Kidney Stone. Instead of telling her to go home nothing wrong with her. He needs a raise. Keep him PLEASE!!!

Everyone there really cares about the patients and have years of experience. I have bad dental anxiety and they took super good care of my teeth and myself. Let me cry it out in the chair and called me after the surgery to see how I was doing. Now my regular place for cleanings as well! They even threw in a free whitening kit for me my first time there which they definitely didn't have to do.

As a new resident to San Angelo and a first time patient here, the older gentleman, (MRI Tech) told me he sends everything to Shannon Hospital. I specifically requested it be sent to my Primary Care office because I'm NOT a patient of Shannon Hospital nor did they order the MRI, AND I paid out of pocket for it. I did stop by my primary care office on the way home and mentioned this and they said they will call Angelo MRI to get the scoop. I greatly appreciate what they did to help and make me feel better. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone and definitely be my number 1 choice for afterhours
