We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and 3 of them need a very precise routine followed because of their health conditions. Lisa knew about the conditions so much that she pointed out a few facts that we were not even aware of and gave us some suggestions that she has seen help. And they did. When we get back we can always tell by the way our pets act that they were very happy here and very well taken care of. We know that they are in the best hands with Lisa and we wouldn't even consider anyone else to be in charge of our herd. We really like how we can pick what we want. Everything is handled properly and the cost is a bargain for what you get and not over inflated like some places we found when we were looking around. My wife is addicted to the extra bonus program that they have.

I went with Rover's because of the customer service that I received over the phone. I didn't get her name but she walked me through the entire process & gave we a layout of how his first day should look like. Hank is a super active 1 year old lab/hound. In CA, he attended dog-daycare (Camp Bow Wow) 3 times out of the week, so I knew this was going to be an easy adjustment. Anyways, today was his first day, & the ladies up in the front had amazing customer service. They were friendly & again, walked me through the process. They made sure to answer my questions & concerns & also made Hank comfortable. Thank you for a great transition & comfort! I didn't worry at all today!

I'm heartbroken to write this but want to warn people. my puppy seemed to love going to day care, I…read morewould log in and watch the cameras once in awhile and wasn't very impressed as the "small" side was basically just an open room with a few beds. it seemed like there were a lot of big dogs on the small side but when I dropped her off the staff was always very sweet and excited to see her, so I dismissed my negative thought. one day I logged on and immediately I noticed there were a lot of dogs and a lot of them being big dogs, there were at least 25 dogs in the small side and at least 10 were big. the "pack leader" was paying no attention to the dogs and my 15 pound puppy was being pinned over and over by a full size German shepherd in the corner, another dog actually came over and stopped the German shepherd I don't know if it was playing and completely harmless but my puppy was clearly terrified and when the person opened the door to walk out my dog took the opportunity to run through the open door. I was debating what to do when I watched the person come back into the room dragging my puppy by the collar, my puppy feet were barely touching the ground and was clearly scared and the employee was clearly mad. I immediately called and spoke to the manager and simultaneously asked my husband to go get her. The manager told me she would review the footage and speak to the employee I have called twice for an update and have not gotten anywhere. if the manager reviewed the footage and felt there was nothing wrong this is extremely dangerous! my puppy immediately showed fear of a neighbor she has always known and is now terrified of big dogs. I am absolutely devastated.
