I had two children through the school, starting at 2 1/2 years old and my oldest leaving after 1st grade, and I'm so impressed. Both my children have progressed to other outstanding schools in the area and they were very well prepared academically and socially. Christopher Academy staff and teachers proved themselves knowledgeable and very supportive throughout my children's time at the school and they made life-long friendships as did my husband and I.

We, along with many other alumni, went to a Suffolk private school that was a common filter school for Christopher Academy kids to go to after the 4th grade cut off -- The fact that every single one of us among my sister and I's age groups (We are 5 years apart in age, so about 20+ kids) graduated with straight A's in the top of our classes is not a coincidence. Even now, I still see that many of the recent valedictorians of our Suffolk private high school are Christopher Academy alumni (our high school sends us the graduation mailer every year). Long story short- the curriculum, class size, and amazing teachers here laid a foundation for us all that put us ahead of our peers at our Suffolk private school, college & beyond. My parents STILL donate to this school 18 years later & do not donate a nickel to the previously mentioned school that we went to for middle/high school. We are in the process of helping multiple friends make the change to send their young children here based on our experiences. Thank you CA for shaping so many of us into successful students and leaders.

The care, curriculum and wonderful programs gave our children an opportunity to have fun, learn and make life long friends! We are grateful to have been a part of this wonderful school. Also, major shout out to Tricia the director. She was kind, fun and amazing to get to know over the years. Highly recommend going to Goddard!

Prior to the pandemic, my oldest daughter had attended the school, so I am able to compare. My first daughter's pre-pandemic experience there was good, however my second daughter's experience was terrible. It started with a few months after enrolling her there I found out for two months they had been serving her the frozen lunch I was sending her to school with. They were no longer heating up lunches in the microwave like my first daughter. I found out from my second daughter telling me why she didn't eat her lunch "it was too cold." For two months they had been giving her frozen chicken nuggets and it was my fault (after confronting them) because we did not see the message that lunches were no longer being heated. Next, when I would pick up my daughter the teacher, or helper was coming out and saying she had a bad day today. I was clueless until after a few weeks of this she refused to go back (and I mean refused). She had lost all confidence to go anywhere or see any strangers. It was terrible. We took her to see help and we were told that she had gone through a regression, like a three-year-old going back to a one and a half year old. Confronted the school and they said it was her fault, she doesn't listen and goes around the classroom. That sounded like all three year old to us. We asked the school for her teacher to meet us and show affection to her, but she was cold to her. We felt so bad for her we took her out of the school. It took us months to bring her confidence and self esteem back. When I grew up a three year old was accepted unconditionally and supported to stand on their own. Not so at this place.
