Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday and now I am mid day Thursday and have not heard from them at all. Each night we are sleeping with a window unlocked. I guess they didn't care The cost for the windows was rather high but I thought this was a reputable company. Apparently once they have your final payment they couldn't care less about you. My husband requested we pay half and the other half when the job was completed. Mike said they could NOT do this as they could loose their license! The electrical inspector came out and the electrical FAILED the inspection in addition, several things we were charged for were NEVER done.
