If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

I availed of the $7 new client monthly membership because I honestly think it's a good deal vs other competitors! The biggest draw for me was that I can cancel and pause/freeze my membership at any time on the app without incurring any fees!! Also, there are no long term contracts!! Isn't that exciting? Once registered, clients have lifetime membership status and can reactivate the membership at any future date. Basically, your membership pays for your next service in advance as you get the credit for that service. I'm so glad they are next to Happy Lemon and Target because I frequent this area a lot-- making the location super convenient for me. Plus, parking is plenty too! The vibe is cute with all the drawings...it looks very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. You can check-in as soon as you get there via the iPads and one of the ladies will come get you once they are ready.
