It was more affordable than I had thought, and we did the first treatment that day. She educated me on each step, always described what she was doing and why, and repeatedly checked in on my comfort (which was fine - slight stinging, but I kind of liked that - it told me it was working!). I availed of the $7 new client monthly membership because I honestly think it's a good deal vs other competitors! The biggest draw for me was that I can cancel and pause/freeze my membership at any time on the app without incurring any fees!! Also, there are no long term contracts!! Isn't that exciting? Once registered, clients have lifetime membership status and can reactivate the membership at any future date. Basically, your membership pays for your next service in advance as you get the credit for that service. You have to be careful here because there is a major turnover in staff and every time I get comfortable with someone they quit. I took a risk and received Botox from someone else and this is what I get. Ashley is who did my Botox so avoid at all cost. I would skip this place entirely. I won't be going back. I like that their nail polishes are less toxic, they offer tea & water, and the zen pedicure with hot stones is extra nice. My only complaint is that they use the same towel that they have your skin shavings and nail clippings on to dry your feet when you take it out of the bath the last time. I always feel like I'm putting wet, clean feet on a dirty towel. They fold it over to paint nails but still, would like that done earlier in the pedicure.
