In person he is polite but he is not a problem solver. I was more put off by his reaction then the treatment. I expected him to want to fix the problem but he just said his lasers are not very powerful and I shouldn't expect to see results. Needless to say I was not refunded and once again I was snookered by a good deal and bad people. It sucks!!!
