Total paid was around $660. The main issue isn't just the price which is absurd for about 60-70 dollars worth of parts--it's that the problem wasn't correctly diagnosed from the start, and we were charged across multiple visits before arriving at a solution. She said sorry but sais there is the guy to talk to his name is Chad. He came over and she finished me up and ask if I needed some help loading. I was not happy and said no. They destroyed my check and picked up the non-working unit. HOWEVER, they sent me an invoice for $125 for installation which had a hand written note on it "You Owe This!" and underlined. When I went to the store and spoke with Greg Millard regarding this invoice, he told me what a favor he did us by not also charging for a pickup. That was a little more than insulting. This is what I would have expected from one of the "big box stores" and why I chose to pay a little more and get customer service over price. That was clearly not the case at this store.
