I am visiting from out of town and he made me feel welcome. Went above and beyond, I had only scheduled a 15 minute beard trim but he took it upon himself to do more than the minimum. He cleaned up my neck line and trimmed around my ears because he wanted it to look better even though I had not requested it (he was very respectful, asking if it was okay before doing anything more than I had requested). Upon arrival, the exterior building lacked signage which was a bit confusing (it is not labeled Gentlemen's Den but it does say "salon" so I headed inside). I was warmly greeted at the door, offered assistance then escorted back. Overall a very positive experience and without question the best beard trim I have received in years.
