These were installed but were defective. He never made any attempt to correct the situation. I ordered two doors for a closet and bedroom and paid for them in full ($1000). They never installed them despite having charged my card and making multiple appointments to do so. In addition he never even called to cancel the appointments. Just a lot of no-shows with no response to my texts or phone calls. Very unprofessional I received a refund for the doors of $900. When I questioned Sam he said I would receive the additional $100 in a few days. I never did. But he was quick to charge my credit card (without asking permission) I might add. I cannot in good faith recommend this company. However, if you are into stress, wasted time and effort, this firm is for you. Otherwise do yourself a favor. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." The biggest difference with NYKB was that the process never felt chaotic. Usually when people talk about renovations it's horror stories, delays, and constantly chasing people down.
