He was so polite, friendly, and informative that I decided on the spot to use them. I picked out the color for the powder-coat, he picked up my furniture right then, and I am so pleased with the results. My 25+ year old cast aluminum furniture was so badly oxidized that Steven did a double job on the powder-coating. They also welded a cracked chair back -- can't tell it was cracked at all, and replaced the swivel and tilt mechanisms so they are now smooth and sturdy. It all now looks better than new!

Arsen came and chatted through some options to fix it, gave me an estimate and a clear timeline of when we could expect the work to start and how long it would take to complete. He wound up becoming available a little earlier than his projection, so he was able to come with one other worker and within that one day the work was done. It's now been a few weeks and it works perfectly and looks great. The new structures match the existing gate perfectly. The only concern I had was that once the work began they realized part of the estimated work was unnecessary (which has wound up being true) but it only resulted in a small discount from the estimate. Because the estimate was just a description of the job and a price, rather than being broken down into line items, I wasn't able to determine whether that was fair or not. Otherwise, Arsen was excellent to deal with and the work was top notch.
