His turnaround time is excellent. Fran will have me usually drop my car off the night before. He has it diagnosed and repaired usually within the following working day. If he cant finish it before the end of day, he will let you know prior to doing the work. He also won't add on extra work. He will inspect and detail out what's causing the issue that you may be experiencing. So far I've yet to have an issue with the work completed on my vehicles. As soon as I got there they stopped what they were doing, threw my car up on the lift, swapped my tires in less than 5 minutes and then I showed them what happened to the jack point so they could inspect it for damage to the frame of the car. After all that he charged me $20 and when I tried to give him more, he wouldn't let me.
