My car had to be towed in for the estimate. This was arranged quickly even though my insurance informed me there were delays with auto body work. Everyone from the phone calls to the reception area were extremely friendly. The tow driver gave me updates so that I didn't have to stay home for most of the day awaiting his arrival. They answered my questions without showing annoyance. Let me tell you, I can speak a bit too much at times so that's not an easy fete.
