Mopar had a package to get 2 oil changes for $100.. yup all over that. My service advisor was Mike F & he is awesome! I mentioned that my key fob needed battery and immediately took care of it for me & replaced it. I have some warranty work that needs to be done and he had technician look at and he ordered the parts. Unfortunately they no longer sell Fiats so they can't do it there but he went so far as to call where I did buy the car and had them order the parts. First class guy who offered first class service! 2018 Ram 2500 Diesel Brought into Executive in Wallingford, CT for 15k service on 12/21/18. Drive the truck around for the holidays and today 12/27/18 I noticed spots under the truck while at a friends house. Inspect it and realize it's oil. Head down the street to my home to get the paperwork from the service and inspect my driveway where it's always parked to find multiple oil spots on the drive way. Spent $600 on service and this is what you get. Buy a $70k truck and they don't perform professional services on it. Very unhappy with my experience. Beware of your service needs at this dealership. *Picture posted below to show the oil on my driveway* *Update* Contacted the dealer and they had me bring the truck in. They look it over and inform me that it was residual oil left over on the belly pan from when the oil change was performed. This tells me it was done carelessly and unprofessionally. I would give this purchase a 4.5 is possible but am rounding up since half stars are not allowed. I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler 2017 recently from this dealer. Since the 2017 models were so new and so few had been delivered to dealerships, I was coming in from out of state to pick up the vehicle. I was very pleased with the sales experience and my salesperson Tim H. Everything was as expected when I flew in from out of town with my purchase price, financing terms, and sales contracts. I was able to sign all of the documents quickly and leave the same morning. The dealership was professional and my sales person kept everything well coordinated throughout my purchase from initial sales call to sale completion. I also very much love my new Jeep. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience is was during part of the financing process that my credit was run 6 times to different creditors. Since my credit score was good, I was bummed to see how much it dropped from the excessive number of inquiries. Although the financing manager explained to me it was his job to get the best rate possible, I have never had any dealership run that many different inquiries on my behalf of applying for auto credit and they did not inquire with Chrysler Capital which is whom I had requested as my first option. My advice would be to keep tabs on this part a bit more if you purchase here, but other than that I was very happy with the purchase and would recommend the dealership to others. read more

This entire place is one big joke. First off, I know several people who have been duped by this place (can't write on here, since litigation is pending) however- I can tell you my story: Purchased my Jeep from their Wallingford location. 2010 Jeep Patriot. Don't get me wrong, I love my car. However, I do not like their service department, nor their lies and BS. They must truly believe that I am stupid. I purchased my Jeep w/. 44k miles on it a few yrs ago. At 70k miles, it began to buck, as if it was running out of gas. I thought maybe it was my transmission? Well, brought it in for service (still covered under warrantee) and they fixed the throttle body, which they said was "Bad" and needed to be fixed. Which should "solve the problem." About a month later, the issue came back- still the same problem. I was on vacation and a friend brought my car in for the 2nd time for service. I got it back when I came home, and in the mail they sent a letter saying "COULD NOT RE-CREATE CUSTOMER'S ISSUE WITH VECHICLE"................. Yet again, when I got home- same issue. I brought it back for the 3RD TIME this time to the Wlfd location where I bought it. Clearly, like a mad woman asking them to fix it or I am not picking it up. They tell me to bring it in Friday, at 7 am. Spoke to a girl (I will leave her name out) who said her "Transmission Specialist" doesn't come in until Friday. I tell her Friday works for me. Did not get a confirmation call, or reminder on Thursday- so I called them. They tell me "we are sorry, you were supposed to be here today" ????? I explicitly told them when I spoke to them that Thursday didn't work, and I would have to bring it Friday. I then went off on a verbal rampage on how BS their entire place is, and if they can't even keep an appointment date/time why would I ever bring my car in there for service ? (only because my car is still under warrantee..) After being pissed off enough at this point, I bring it in Friday. They tell me Fri afternoon, my car has a clear transmission issue. However, their "transmission specialist" (remember, the guy who isn't in until Friday) doesn't come in until MONDAY... ???? They keep my car the entire weekend, and no offer of a rental- "they must diagnose it with an issue, or else you can't get a rental" is what I was told- Monday comes: They call me and tell me my car doesn't have a transmission issue. However, it has a bad coil, and spark plugs. And this is not covered under warrantee, it is considered general maintenance. LOL- I ask them , how much are you going to charge me to fix it? $900.00. LOL LOL LOL I tell them, I am coming to pick my Jeep up, I will pay them their "diagnostic" fee, and then be on my way and bring it to my own mechanic. I bring it to my mechanic, and he fixes it- for less than $120.00. So, this is my huge SCREW YOU EXECUTIVE JEEP NISSAN. You won't get me.... and good luck on your lawsuits that you have pending... Long story short- stay away from these crooks. read more

I must say, what a change since my last unpleasant review!! I am now dealing with a different person in their service station (Chris) and he's been very nice, extremely helpful and overall, he comes with excellent customer service skills. My vehicle has had 3 recalls & a mishap with one of my rear signal lights to the point that it effected my driving. One of the recalls prevented my Jeep from even starting (fuel pump) and having a rear signal light that would blow every 3 months did not make the experience of having a Jeep a pleasant one. After being frustrated as it was, during all 4 visits, Chris has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of including squeezing me in when they were overly booked for the holidays & getting me a loaner. I even overheard him on the phone being extremely patient with a caller (who seemed to be 110 years old), asking the same questions since he had to keep repeating his responses where most people would've given up! After all said and done, Chris has made an unpleasant experience a pleasant one. It's amazing how one person can change the perspective of how you view a company. If only businesses would realize this, companies would be that much more successful. It's extremely rare to find a dealership who excels in both the purchasing of a vehicle and in the service area. This dealership is very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to do an alignment on my Dodge Ram 5500 long base. I called in advance to make sure that they can fit my truck and properly do an alignment, because other dodge dealerships could not fit it. They reassured me and told me to come in. They also have all my information about my truck, so they know what they're working with. When I came in they told me it would take 1-2 hours to do the alignment. I ended up waiting for 1.5 hours for no reason, having them come out and tell me that my truck is too long. Mind you, the drive there was very long for me and I wasted another 1.5 hours waiting there. Also, I had to miss one business day of work for no reason. read more

I stopped in knowing I was buying a car. It was the fourth dealership I visited. It was a toss up between the Ford Explorer and the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to two stores of each make. I was met by a gentleman named Brandon brown. I explained to him my situation. Never once was he pushy or aggressive. We came up with a rough estimate. I went home that night compared everything from price to experience. Yes I will pay more a month for a better experience as I use to be in the car business. I have been going to this dealership for service for my two previous vehicles in which I had a jeep liberty and then a jeep renegade and always work done right the 1st time around.I never had any issues and were great explaining what was done on repairs,tune-ups etc.I recently leased a jeep compass from this dealership in which the process was easy and this dealership is so different from other ones I have gone to and explained everything as I went along on.I recall back in 2000 that a few people told me not to go to this dealership and as of now I am glad I did.There were so many things that have changed since then as for better service department and totally better salespeople and the process is better. read more

I have leased my Jeep through this dealer for the last 3 years. I was sold this vehicle by Nick Mackay I was talked into purchasing the "paint protection program". I have a small scratch and dent that I called to have fixed under my protection program and it doesn't cover paint! I was fully lied to about this program. I was informed it would cover all outside, scratch, dents, everything and then even the inside if any rips happened to the Interior. I have not called, complained, or put in any other claims in since starting this lease. Now that I needed assistance I was told it was not covered! I wouldn't recommend going to this dealership due to the fact that they lie about there paint protection program to get more money from you! read more

Everyone is always very helpful. I needed to know how opening my double sun roof went. Megan at the front desk made sure to find out information for me about it and also that someone showed me how to do it...which he was very helpful. I ran into a post purchase issue of not having received a secondary key or car wash on certified pre-owned Wrangler. I had called the service dept who had their hands tied as Jeeps policy is that their "we owes"void after 30 days. My sales rep left the company and there was no one to complain to. The GM called me after my complaint and was able to honor both the key and carwash and offered a complimentary inspection of the vehicle 2 weeks out from now. read more

I spent an entire Saturday there and was promptly rushed out the front door soon as I signed the dotted line...good bye sucker thanks for your business. I came into this dealership to buy a used Ram 1500 truck with a max budget set in mind of what I can afford. My wife and I was greeted by and helped by Nick N, who was by far the most down to earth sales rep I've come across at any dealership since I've been looking for a truck. Right off the bat, Nick knew I did my homework on the Ram truck from technically information to pricing and he knew I was looking for a used Ram. I spent much time on their online inventory only to find out to my dismay that many of the trucks in my budget and interest have already been sold or had despots on them. Now here's the kicker. I traded in my previous vehicle to get into a truck due to a back injury that makes me it hard to get into low sitting cars along with something with more leg and head room since I'm a tall guy. A guy by the name of Ryan who is some kind of higher up with this a cocky "I'm a friendly honest guy" smug look and personality butted in on the talks I was having with Nick. Ryan told me even with my trade I couldn't get/afford a used truck. BUT HE WAS ABLE TO GET ME INTO A BRAND NEW 2016 RAM 1500 with a sticker price of $42K that was over my budget but on a lease. I didn't want to lease , but Ryan, being one of the stereotypical car dealers, sold my wife in on the benefits of having me lease, that I won't have to worry about anything, everything is covered by warranty, etc etc etc BS. My wife thought since this was my first truck, that maybe leasing would be a good option to see how I like the truck before I decide to buy it after the lease. So after my 3 year lease I will still have to pay $29K to buy out the truck. I was looking at 2014 and 2015 Ram 1500 trucks with more options and bells and whistles with less than 30k mikes on them for $28k!!!! Now I stressed to Ryan that I needed/wanted 15k miles per year, but towards the end of the transaction and signing paper work, I was only given 10K per year which means I can only go to and from work and not use my truck to go on fishing or hunting trips, go visit family who live all around and outside the state, and for any other things that might come up in my life. So now I have to use my wife's car when I have to do some traveling. Crappy deal. I really wanted to deal with Nick because he really understood me and knew my concerns, and wanted to see me get what I wanted and be a happy customer. The GM, CJ, wanted my wife and I OUT. His numbers guy was busy with another customer, and CJ just wanted me to sign all the paper work and take the truck. He was rushing so fast he messed up printing the paper work and kept blaming it on the printer. The guy ran all over the dealership printing things out in a hurry. He threw in some corny jokes and tried to appease my wife during this process. My wife caught on and ended up leaving the office because she realized the whole leasing thing was not working out in my favor and it was too late to back away as they already too my car and driven it off the lot. So the sales folks like Nick, are cool and not pushy at all. But once upper management, like Ryan, gets involved, you will be talked down upon, made to feel stupid, and they will prey on you S/O in the hopes of getting into their minds and getting them on their sides for a crap deal. The GM was bland, saw me as simply another sale and wanted me rushed out that door because it was a Saturday and on Memorial Day weekend, which they advertised they had a sale for...so treat your customers like crap during a sale promotion. Once my lease is up, I'm giving up the truck and taking my business elsewhere. FYI, after this crap deal, I called one other dealership I didn't get to go to, and buy giving them the VIN # off my trade in car, they could have put me in a used RAM truck under 28K like I wanted with a slightly lower monthly payment than I was previously making towards OWNING the truck not leasing it. So by driving this truck off of Executive Dodge's lot, the value of the tuck with 500 miles on it is only worth 29K as trade in, so no point in me paying more than what the truck is worth after the lease. STAY AWAY and take your business elsewhere. Also Chrysler Capital is rubbish when it comes to making payments and hit you with fees. Worst decision of my life. read more

We've had nothing but luck with the service department at Executive Jeep. Jim is fantastic. They're always honest and will tell you whether or not you really need to be doing a given service at a time - they've often told us we can wait on issues/fixes we felt needed to be addressed immediately. They also have been fantastic at giving us a heads up of issues they see that can become a problem within the next year so we can budget for these fixes. We come from approximately 60 miles away to service our car here because we have been so satisfied with the service department - for a while we were even living in Virginia and would time services to when we were in the area. read more

Wanted to buy a 2012 Jeep Patriot for my daughter. Kelly blue book lists them for 12 to 16 thousand. these guys with their best price first BS wanted $18,000 and would not negotiate. When I brought up Kelly Blue book the salesman sais lets go in side and look at it together. We went inside and he starts his spiel about how there different from other dealers and I said let's pull up Kelly Blue book. He looks at me and in a nasty tone sais "why it won't change the price" and proceeds to tell me the blue book is basically Bull %hit. I'd recommend staying away from these guys. Bob T read more

My wife and I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Executive. This vehicle represents the 16th vehicle that we have purchased so we have quite a bit of experience in salesmanship and different dealers. We had done our homework and knew the things we wanted prior to our arrival. Most people have experienced the typical salesperson descending upon them as soon as you step on the property, it's very off putting to say the least. The pressure, the games played, the creative pricing etc., no one enjoys that correct? Well that Did Not Happen at Executive! We took our time looking at vehicles and were casually approached after a while by Brionna. She Listened to us and allowed us to tell her what we were looking for. She then showed us a couple of cars and then sat us down and went through her spiel utilizing a flip chart... at first we were like "oh boy, here it comes..." but give it a chance, it actually makes sense and it's nice to see it all laid out in black and white. Brionna ended up searching for a vehicle that ended up being at another dealership that had Everything in it that we wanted. She was very friendly and accommodating and was available by phone, text and email during the process. She was enthusiastic and knew her stuff and she was beyond sweet. Executive gave us a fair price for our trade in and Chris in Finance was also great. We now have the vehicle that we want and took several of Brionna's cards to provide to friends or family who are seeking a new vehicle. A happy customer is the best form of advertisement so they say, this was the case with our experience with Brionna. Don't go there. I don't understand how this dealership stays in business. I bought a certified preowned Dodge Charger from them, because they had the only AWD preowned Charger in the area. And 2 years later I still regret it. I drove out of their parking lot after I bought the car and within one mile the car breaks down. I had to leave it on their parking lot and wait for the repair. The dealership waited a month to send me the license plates then threatened to declare the temp dealer plates stolen because it took me a week to return them. Then, they threatened to repo the car because I would not send them back the title though I had paid off the loan. Oh and the car broke down a few more times. It now needs a $2500 repair, it is just past the warranty and of course they won't lift a finger to try and help. They are really bad people. Stay away. read more

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Exec Dodge. I wanted to trade in my Durango R/T as I kinda needed a truck for the new house we are getting. Their offer for my Durango was wayyyy better then what a couple other dealerships offered. I was interested in a 2012 Ram they had , but ended up going with a used 2016 Ram. The price on the Ram was also very reasonable and the salesman Nick did not pester or hassle me a bit about buying it as I initially left the dealership without making a deal. Well I'm sorry to say the truck we bought from executive dodge wasn't all it was cracked up to be. My husband didn't pay much attention at first. The hub caps they put on this truck"yes folks I said hubcaps" are very pretty but the truck was not advertised as coming with hubcaps. 4 months down the line he went to wash the truck and discovered that little oops. Well I didn't make a big deal of it and told my husband I would eventually buy him nice rims. We did call but they hung up on him and we got no where. 2-3 months later the satellite antenna and the back window started leaking so bad our ins company had to pay to completely gut and replace the interior. We were responsible for replacing the leaking parts cause the ins considered it wear and tear. Really ? In a vehicle that's only 4 years old? Well once again we called executive and they were not even sorry and felt no responsibility for what happened. They wouldn't help at all. I guess what I'm trying to say folks is that if you buy from them and you have a problem anytime after 1 week. Do not expect any help from them. I recently brought my 2007 jeep wrangler to this dealership to fix some of the safety recalls that i had gotten from Jeep. I take great care of my jeep. I check the fluids and keep and eye out for leaks all the time. it is garage kept and there has never been any leaks maybe a little oil every once and awhile. . Well after bringing my jeep in I get a call from the dealership telling me my jeep is leaking transmission fluid from the return line. It will cost around $400 to fix. After I picked it up and get the paperwork it says it will cost more then $700 to fix. Way to try and screw people. I take it home and now there is a puddle of fluid forming under the Jeep. I am giving them 1 stars for taking care of the recalls but would not recommend this place to any of my fellow friends or family. This does not seem like the way you take care of your customers. When they come in for safety issues and then have to fix something that was not broken before it came to your shop. read more
