Dishonest people. When I get unsolicited email from companies, I give them a one-star review online, as spamming is illegal. How can you trust a company that breaks the law? They replied to my one-star review on Google with lies, saying that "it was brought to our attention that all of your google reviews are one-star", which is factually incorrect. I have many many reviews on Google, most of which are positive. Only the companies that exhibit poor service or are spammers get one star. These guys are definitely in that camp. So not only do they break the law by sending unsolicited email to people they have no business connection with, i.e,, spamming, they make up lies when they are called out on it. Why would anyone do business with a company like this? It makes you wonder what other dishonest things they get up to. read more

To start my review, everything is based off of my actual personal experiences with this business and I have no reason to lie or be deceitful in my review of this business and it's employees. When I first began looking for a home I used Octavio the Loan Officer and his Realtor Oscar. Octavio I found out works for Noble and also City View Real Estate which I felt was reasonable to utilize. While going through the process of preparing to close on my first home, I found out that the home owner failed to respond in a timely manner for the addendum which items I found to be wrong with the home, so finding this out I backed out. During the back out process Octavio and Oscar my realtor went to the mediation with me along with my home inspector Rodger, all I will say is they all 3 fought for me and showed proof and documents that the home owner and their realtor were deceitful. I won the mediation in a way, but it was all due to Octavio and Oscar. Now during the second come around with getting involved with getting a home, we found a banked owned property. During this process it was up and down, because at one point I was told my debt to income was off and then I was fine, then I was told my closing fees were too low and then told it was fine. In the end I obtained the loan by Octavio if it weren't for his persistence I would of ended up without anything. Octavio explained everything in detail and helped me understand the loan process. During the process Fannie Mae Loans should never be used or dealt with they take forever in getting anything done which prolonged Octavio and Noble in getting anything rolling in a timely manner. The only thing I would highly suggest to Noble is communication, whether it be through e-mail, text, calling, and or meeting in person face to face, because during this process I was beyond stressed out, but I will admit I was told it was normal, because buying my first home is a huge stress. Yet what could of made it better would of been where I stood with my loan. Brad the owner I spoke to twice and honestly I felt he wasn't a bad person at all, for an owner to have his personal cell willingly and openly given out to assist people isn't common. I can personally attest to this, because most owner do not want any contact with any person unless the chain of command has been exhausted, but to be able to go straight to him and get answers and call back is a huge plus. Why I may not give 6 stars is, because I honestly feel the communication barrier was lacking and nothing personal against the company, it is just a suggestion and not disrespect. Where the communication stemmed from is from every angle possible. It became a he said she said thing, but overall I again obtained the loan and Noble made it happen, I am sure in the future they will be hopefully better and I still would recommend the company to anyone seeking to get approved. I would tell anyone to use Octavio Escoto in the loan process as he is very well rounded and knows his stuff. When things went wrong with me and him he still in the end explained everything and helped me and my family out. I would give this 0 stars,but it won't let me. At first all was well. I wanted to go back home to AZ. We currently live in NV. We got Pre approved for a loan. Start looking. Found a house. Asked if they could close in 30 days? "Yes no problem." Perfect. Process is going well till underwriting started asking for unreasonable request. We produce what was asked,until I was asked for a paycheck from a job I haven't stared. Wanted me to work in another state without even having a house to live in. Put my 2 week notice in my current job and notified my job in AZ ready to start in 2 weeks just to get my home. Still not happy with that. Have a home in NV but no job. Job in AZ, but no home. Very frustrating. Lost all my benefits, my vacation and sick pay all to satisfy these people. After a week almost 2 weeks past closing date we dropped them, and found another Sherry Vance. She was able to get us a loan and close in 14 days. AMAZING!!! All with the same info we gave these guys. It all turned out good, but without being put threw HELL from the company. read more

I just wanted to update my review letting any potential customer know that Brad hired a lawyer to send me a letter threatening me to take down my review. They claimed that my review was "harming their business". No, sweetheart, it may be your customer service or lack there of that is harming your business. Or it may be the fact that you tell your customers that it is illegal for you to pay for the appraisal upfront (which it is not) or lie about the closing costs. Take me to court...I would love to countersue and get my $1000 back that you wasted. If my review is such a "lie" then why did I find an amazing loan officer who completed my refinance from start to finish in 30 days and told me repeatedly that it was not difficult when I heard over and over again from you how difficult this refinance was. read more

I can not say enough about Noble Home Loans, especially Steve Edwards. When we were referred to Steve and Noble we were at our lowest. We had previously been working with another lender who got our hopes up high to just let us down saying we can't qualify no matter what. I am a veteran and I was told that I didn't qualify for my VA loan. When we met Steve we immediately knew we were dealing with a company that really cared about us and our problem. Steve is the most professional lender that I have ever met, right off the bat he went to work on our loan. Steve found out that I did qualify for a VA loan and put the paper work in that day. During the whole process he kept us informed and went out of his way to make sure we had everything done on time. The entire staff at Noble is amazing. Steve made home ownership possible for us.
