This is some top notch Chinese food. The naming of certain foods is a bit odd (example: "Beijing Ravioli" for Jiaozi) but the quality is great. We take Chinese guests here and they all end up surprised at how much better it is than the typical American style Chinese restaurant. Drove past this place multiple times on my way home from work and decided to call to see if they could do gluten free food. I got lettuce wraps delivered. The ratio of veggies to chicken wasn't good (far more veggies), and the veggies were practically raw. This dish had no taste. It is supposed to come with hoisin sauce. I got a single TINY "cup" aka, really a 1/2 shot glass of the sauce, for a dinner-sized meal (which, again, was completely bland without it). What little I got of the sauce was good. But even with the sauce I just felt like I was chewing a bunch of raw diced celery with hints of chicken. I would never order this again, and it's utterly ridiculous for this "upscale" restaurant to send sauce in a tiny shot glass sized container. For a $17+tax+tip, don't skimp your customers what a fast food place wouldn't even do! So ridiculous! Get normal size to-go cups and provide enough sauce for the meal. It's not rocket science. Look, this place is CONSISTENT and good. Don't expect super authenticity-- it's Americanized Chinese (obvs.), and it's not el cheapo like most Chinese joints. But damn if they don't have the most delicious sesame chicken I've ever had in my life. Perfect sauce, not too heavy, perfectly fried. Yes forever. Great food, we live close by and this has become our weekend Chinese fix. The food is great, I would recommend Mongolian Lamb, it was one of the best I have eaten. I love Noble House. First of all, this place is NOT as obscenely expensive as everyone seems to claim. Knee-jerk reactions. Ask yourself how many times and how many different Chinese places you've tried... and how average they mostly all are. Now ask yourself if paying an extra $3 bucks per entree would make it worth it to actually get REALLY GOOD Chinese food -- to actually get what you "tasted" in your mind when you said to yourself, "I think I'm in the mood for Chinese." I work in Hudson and eat lunch here all the time. Myself and a co-worker, entree and split a side of egg rolls, we're out the door for $30.00 combined; app, entree, drinks, tip. I'd rather pay $30 for guaranteed great Chinese food than $25 for the same old average fluff. I recommend the black-pepper chicken. I don't get why people love this place. I always hear it called "continental Chinese" or "fusion Chinese", but the menu was pretty much the same as any Chinese restaurant. Order 3 meals for delivery $48. Have a $10 tip. No soy sauce given. When I called to i request some it was a huge deal and I was told the meals I ordered were not ones they would give soy sauce for. I told them we always were given soy sauce in previous orders withOut requesting it and the manager argued with me and told me I was wrong. Ridiculous that this was a big deal and something they were upset with that I requested. They sent some soy sauce to me in a cup and something was floating in it. We threw it out. Pros: The owners and staff are friendly and have an excellent sense of customer service. The interior (if you're dining in) in quiet and pleasant. For take-out, they're usually pretty fast and will give you an accurate warning if they're running behind. Their food is significantly better than the average local Chinese restaurant and they are very accommodating to allergies, preferences, and etc. Additionally, I once mentioned (not in a make-me-whole way, just in a general, "heads-up on your new chef way") that nuts had been left of my dish, and the next time I ordered takeout they remembered and threw in an apology soup. The soup was delicious, but I was more impressed by the fact that they were interested in keeping my business and made an effort to acknowledge an error that I had mentioned rather casually. Cons: I think they have a few different chefs. Sometimes I get really good food; sometimes I get acceptable food (aside from the nut thing). But the food us usually really good. Caveat: We tend to order the same things over and over again. Their menu is extensive and they are very flexible. There may well be amazing dishes that we haven't tried yet. I've stuck to what I know is good and that I like. Those who wander around the menu more than we do may find gems I don't know anything about. read more

There is no rating low enough for this restaurant. This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. Two couples, we ordered 4 appetizers, 4 soups, 4 main courses and 4 desserts. We could barely eat any of it. The bill was over $200 with a tip, highway robbery, I've had better food from a local carryout. The only good thing was the vanilla bean ice cream. Noble House is the best Chinese food I've had in the area. Each ingredient tasted fresh and the dishes are high quality- you'll know what I mean. We had the chinese pancake and spring rolls for an appetizer, egg drop soup, sesame chicken, and a beef with portobello mushroom dish. I recommend all of them, especially the chinese pancake and the sesame chicken! You can order the entree in "small" or "large"- small is definitely big enough to satisfy, so don't worry! read more

The absolute best Chinese food. We used to think House of Hunan was as good as it gets in Summit County, but Noble House surpasses it. The sesame chicken - oh my God. Noble House used to be worth the extra $ compared to other Chinese places but my wife and I ate here a couple weeks ago and we were very disappointed in the food. We started with dumplings which were OK and for entrees, I had kung pao chicken and my wife had sesame chicken. Both dishes were very salty (extra MSG a la Kramer on Seinfield?) and didn't appear to have been prepared-to-order. Chicken wasn't best quality It had been a couple years since we had visited Nobel House and we were excited to go but came away with opinion that we will probably never go here again, considering food quality is same as other Chinese places but costs are 50 to 70% higher. This is in a small town in rural America with no real local source of Chinese ingredients, spices, vegetables, or meat, and its clientele is mostly not Chinese. So ... what can you expect. It is not authentic, which may be a good thing. I recently took an older couple who used to live here to a real Chinese restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area. Instant loss of appetite when we were served chicken feet. You won't get that here. Soy sauce is strange, sweet and sour not quite, and the sauces for everything very dark and heavy. Spring rolls are shredded spinach, gyoza may be frozen, and the servers have no real concept of Chinese food (nor the language). The managers are Chinese though. Saying this is Chinese food is like saying Taco Bell is authentic Mexican. Even the Panda is more authentic. Then again, service is western and is fantastic. Tablecloths and cloth napkins, attentive refilling of water. It is elegant, and for the local non-Chinese, it works. We would take our non-Chinese friends here for an elegant evening. We moved to Hudson 4 years ago and were really looking forward to Noble House since we heard it was amazing. My husband and I are somewhat foodies, but certainly not "food snobs." We expected much more than what was delivered. For Hudson, this is the best "chinese" in town by far. We had the beef stir-fry, which was heavily breaded and deep-fried. I expected orange infusion, but instead there were rinds of oranges in the dish. The pepper chicken was decent, but heavy on the onions. Fried rice was served with every entree, which was bland bland bland. Atmosphere is very nice. For our take-out chinese, we will continue to make the trek to our favorite Chinese restaurant in Munroe Falls. It is only 8 miles and worth every mile. Having only few asian cuisines around my area, I prefer eating at Noble House the most. They are cheap, operate a delivery service, and most of all their service is very good. Over the weekend, feeling tired to walk to downtown, I've ordered a small sesame chicken with fried rice. The lady on the phone was kind enough to give me a discount. The total cost was about $15, which was cheaper compared to other asian cuisines. Anxiously waiting for my food, the driver gave me a call after about 20 minutes which made me impressed of how fast their delivery service was. As I opened the box with my food, I was surprised how well made the chicken was in that short amount of time. I have enjoyed eating the chicken with my fried rice until I've finished half of the chicken. I started to get tired of how oily the chicken was. When I finished the meal, I was feeling greased up. The fried rice would've been better if they had more sliced carrots and peas in it. As a person who's familiar with both Chinese and American food, I am confident to say that Noble House serves quality Chinese food that also fits American's taste. The food was delicious and I am satisfied with my decision of ordering from Noble House. I would definitely order from here again and I believe that my money was spent well. read more

We had a delivery order of six Lo Meins (3 chicken, 2 veggie, and 1 beef), an order of General Tso's Chicken, and their Jade Dumplings. This order was intended to feed 7 adults but easily could have fed 12 adults. The food was delivered hot in nice take-out packaging. We found the Lo Meins to be fantastic, with great flavor, noodles that didn't turn to mush, and fresh vegetables. The only drawback was the price, but given the quality, I wouldn't think twice from ordering again. I would highly recommend! read more

We found this place during our stay at the Inn at Brandywine Falls. Didn't expect to be surprised with the quality of food. Its a little pricey for the area but worth the money if you like Indo-Chinese cuisine. This place is in-line with Nanking restaurant in Jersey City, NJ minus the red interior. We have finally revisited this restaurant after many years and are so happy that we did! Our waiter was very knowledgeable, informative & attentive. The atmosphere was charming with a combination of Asian & traditional Western Reserve decor. We were seated at a table next to the fireplace which we really enjoyed. The food was amazing, my husband said "I think this might be the best Chinese food I've ever had" & I agree! The calamari, seafood soup & Kung Bao Chicken were all excellent!
