I will be leaving my honest review on yelp, as well as yelp won't remove them. This place SCAMMED ME. I got my nails done. I got acrylic. I went back in two weeks later for a fill and they INSISTED I didn't get acrylic last time. I got "gel extensions" according to them. Gel extensions can't be filled and need to be soaked off and a whole new set installed. I was so confused. I was sure I got acrylic. They called other techs over and they all looked and nodded their heads and agreed my nails were indeed gel x extensions. I thought huh, maybe I was wrong. Maybe I was confused, maybe powder DOES go on gel extensions the same as acrylics and lm just uneducated about gel extensions these days..maybe I do have gel extensions. So, They completely removed my nails and put a new set and CHARGED ME FOR REMOVAL (which hurt btw) and then charged me FOR A WHOLE NEW SET WHEN ALL I NEEDED WAS FILL!! BECAUSE!!! at the end I seen the person who put my last set on and I demanded to know if he used acrylic or gel extensions last time and he said simply "acrylics." This is after I paid. I paid cash. So they said "oops sorry" and offered me a $15 gift card FOR THE NEXT TIME I CAME IN. They completely set me up. Paid over $120 for a whole new set when all I needed was a fill. Gaslit me about it. I went because they had only five-star reviews. I left with around eight eyelashes, fake lashes from my extensions, on each eye. Once those were gone a couple days later and I was able to wash my eyes, they tell you not to wash them for 24 hours, it was clear to see that my lashes had been burnt off. The salon tried to say it was my fault that my lashes burned off because there must have been something wrong with the lash extension glue that was on my eyes previously. My new lash tech let me know that it had nothing to do with that and that they must have simply left the solution on for much too long and burnt my lashes off.
