Since I told Huck at the outset that I wanted to save money where ever I could, he made recommendations and gave me options where ever he could. He sent numerous emails about products and materials which helped me finalize my plans. save money=sm. I agreed to remove the paneling=sm. He recommended wainscoting from floor half way up and new drywall the rest. Topnotch Results! I removed 90% of the tile=sm. He recommended waterproof laminate flooring. Very Happy! I installed new vanity, new faucet, 2 new lever door handles, and brushed polished all door hinges=sm. My next door neighbor had some drywall repair done and recommended Huck. Our project consisted of extensive drywall repairs after trim and chair rail removal. Painting, Wallpapering a 25ft stairwell, stairway railings, door painting and of course ceilings and trim. The photos don't do the job justice as we had work upstairs, downstairs, and even a repair job to the side of the house from water damage. Steve's employees were extremely skilled, fast, neat perfectionists. They weren't beginners or summer college students. They were very experienced at what they do. The price stuck at exactly what he quoted even though there were some adjustments here and there. The wallpaper job was exemplary and we were very particular about that aspect because it was custom wallpaper and very expensive. Steve is not a pressure salesman and he just does what he says he's going to do, and the work was perfect and fast. They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. I selected the color, they brought all supplies.They came early, ready to work on these two big rooms. We had vaulted ceilings, some drywall joint cracks and a hole in the wall where Huber asked if we wanted to remove an unwanted fixture. They completely covered the flooring and moved furniture, covering anything they would not paint and got to work. Each person knows their job and they do it without seeming bewildered, working around each other like a choreographed dance. The materials they used did not have terrible odors and dried quickly.
