After I explained my concerns in more detail, she listened to my feedback, said she would discuss it with her staff, and later issued me a partial refund anyway. While I appreciate that she took the time to respond and that she refunded part of my purchase, my overall concerns about the pricing, value, and customer service experience remain the same. I really wanted to love Lemon & Lavender because they have a beautiful store and a unique concept, but I left feeling genuinely shocked by the pricing. I purchased a spray bottle ($9.99) and a small jar ($2.99) to fill with products. The spray bottle was only filled about halfway, and the jar was also only about halfway full. The refills alone came to approximately $50-55. I also purchased beeswax wraps for $29.99. Even after using a coupon, my total was still close to $75. I didn't say anything at checkout because I was honestly so surprised by the total. I recently moved here from California, where the cost of living is significantly higher, and even I found these prices difficult to justify. For this area, the cost per ounce simply doesn't feel economical. I was also disappointed to learn they don't offer any military or veteran discount. Having come from a community with one of the Navy's aviation commands, I was accustomed to local businesses supporting service members and veterans whenever possible. While I understand every business sets its own policies, it was something I noticed. Overall, the products may be high quality, but the pricing makes it difficult for the average family, service member, or veteran to shop there regularly. Unfortunately, I don't see it being a budget-friendly option for most people.

He suggested fabrics on chairs to match our couch and the final product was a perfect match. He was a joy to work with, relaxed,informative and I felt he had our best interests at heart. When I went to take a sample back at one time one associate was making comments in front of me about why a customer was calling about the time to expect his delivery because it was only 10:40. I was cringing but had such a great experience I let it slide. When the chairs came in Chase had moved away and we got Ashley to tell us our chairs were in and to handle the transactions after that. She was cheerful , accommodating and efficient. She is to commended for handling someone else's customer with such attention and care . The chairs were everything we hoped they would be . We love them!

The last item was suppose to take 2 months and here we are going on 5 months. Zero called from the store to update us or give any reasoning. When I called today, I was told part of the item came but not all of it. They had no clue why. It's just pretty annoying to pay a premium for one of their "handmade" beds only to get zero updates when there are delays or issues. Still waiting for an update. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them due to the after sale service.

They had at least 20 safes from all sizes and prices. From the time I walked in the store until I departed, I was there no more than 15-20 minutes. I was immediately greeted and taken to see the safes. The salesperson said they sell 26 safes a month. They have a good selection and I see why they sell so many. They will deliver your safe quickly as in within a day or two. The 2 gentlemen who delivered my safe were very professional and courteous. They did a great job of moving it into my house. The floors were not harmed! If you are in the market for a safe, please check them out. They have something for every budget.
