After finally showing up they come once in April and once in May....then NOTHING. They do not come at all in June. Finally on July 13th I call to cancel services and explain how they never show up (and also that our bug issue wasn't resolved anyway) and the agent tells me that I am signed up for services every 2 months and not every month! What!? Why would I do that- totally inaffective. So she says she has cancelled the account and all is good. So TODAY is SATURDAY July 24th- I wake up at 8:15 am to see an email saying that Orkin came to my vacation rental property at 7AM!!! Guests have windows without curtains and even when we had service with them they were told they could only come week days between 10am and 4pm!!! Now I'm getting calls from very angry people that they woke up to a creeper outside of their windows at 7am. Orkin is the absolute WORST! Currently spending another hour of my life on the phone with them to try YET AGAIN to cancel services with them. I was just given apologies (which are worth nothing) and reassured that now it definitely is cancelled. DO NOT HIRE ORKIN. BUNCH OF CLOWNS

I mentioned how Nick had come and treated our home for the moths we had trouble with and it had eliminated the problem but we started to see a couple more of those moths. So he reported that and your company is sending Nick out on the 21st to bring us pheromone strips to help eliminate them while we are gone. I really am so blessed pleased and grateful that I got Noble Pest to take care of my home. They are efficient professional and wonderful to work with. This was one of the best decision I made. However, the way technician Wes worded his inspection notes -- stating that the tenant "killed bugs" and that "professional service was recommended" -- has led my complex to schedule and charge me for two unnecessary treatments. After the inspection, Wes informed me that he could no longer discuss the matter with me because my complex has a service agreement with Gibson. This feels very unfair and misleading, as I never had an active issue. It appears that my report was misrepresented in a way that benefits the company financially rather than reflects the actual findings.

We've battled mosquitos for years at our house in the front and back yards. During spring summer…read moreand fall the mosquitos would eat us up. IPI installed two contraptions that have eliminated all mosquitos and we are now enjoying our front and back porches with zero mosquitos, and also enjoying our meals outside! It's amazing. I knew there had to be a way to rid of them...but the foggers were only very temporary. This system is serviced by Isaac and is completely headache free for me. We have one treating the front of the house and one treating the rear of the house. One treats roughly 1200 sqft so my neighbor is also enjoying the benefits as we live downtown.
