By all means, avoid them at all costs. Doug, in the finance department, will change the deal you work out with the salesman, and sales manager. He will also have you sign off on things before they sign off on them. That way they can make whatever changes they want, to screw you even more. Pat, one of the owners, claims that he has worked with Doug for over 30 years, and of course, never heard any complaints about him. Yet, Doug doesn't even know how to handle simple transactions with finance companies.
Pat is very good at lip service, and passing the buck, but not much else.
Doug isn't good at anything.
Tim, the sales manager, is very good at making you feel real comfortable, RIGHT BEFORE YOU GET BENT OVER, then afterward, he won't even kiss, you, after screwing you so badly.
I really wish that I had read, and headed the reviews I saw her, before inking my deal. My only recourse now, is trying to keep others from falling into the same pit trap that I'm in.
