The staff (front desk, service mgr., and mechanic) all listened and responded positively to my vacation issues, time constraints and varied concerns. Apparently my issue was pretty unique and they had to consult with their online mechanic chat community to find a solution. They took the time and extra effort to diagnosis, explain and resolve my problem quickly. We were able to enjoy our vacation with a loaner car and minimal inconvenience. They were closed (It was after hours around 5:30 - 6 PM), but I tried calling anyway. Luckily, Kyle answered! I asked if he could recommend an after hours place to come fix the tire or give us a tow, and he offered to come out and fix the tire himself! We were so lucky to blow a tire so close to this shop! He was such a lifesaver! I don't know what we would have done without him! The tire was completely shredded, and the rim was bent. There is no way we could have driven to another shop. I had it in 4 times to Lakes Country, and they kept replacing battery, battery terminals, and treated us poorly. To look at the A/C flashing light Toyota said 2 weeks out and they would want another $125 to look at it After just working on it ! Screw Lakes Country Toyota. I took it to Keith and he said we really did NOT need brakes and found Toyota forgot to reconnect our A/C compressor connection thus causing the A/C for flash.-, after they replace the alternator.
