If for some reason, the person you are talking to doesn't have an answer, they will find someone who does know the answer instead of blowing smoke. I appreciate that. On one occasion the tech forgot to tighten something and I had a minor issue, but they corrected it immediately and made things right going above and beyond what any other shop would have done, so they stand behind their work too!
