The Nocatee Town Center is centerpiece of Nocatee with an array of restaurants, pubs and retail shops with plenty of parking. Came here last night on a golf cart to take a tour of the Town Center and ate pizza as a late meal at Treylor Park. Returned today for another meal at M Shack for smash burgers and garlic knots at Bronx House Pizza and craft beers at Really Good Beer Stop. Dessert was at Ben & Jerrys Ice Cream. The Publix is the anchor business and the retail shops close early. read more

Wonderful shopping! A wide variety of mom and pop shops and larger stores. Plenty of golf cart parking is available that encourages nearby neighbors to take a quick ride in their golf cart. The shopping area is very clean and well kept with beautiful landscaping and numerous trash receptacles to encourage shoppers to keep it looking pristine. I have been to a great number of the stores in this shopping complex and they are all well kept. read more

Nocatee itself is a planned community located in northern Saint John's County, however part of the development is located in Duval County. It is north of Saint Augustine and near Ponte Vedra Beach in the First Coast area and sits on over 13,000 acres. There is new building and developments going on all the time at this time. You do not have to live in Nocatee to take advantage of the stores, businesses and restaurants located here...they are open to everyone. A lot of the residents here own golf carts and that is how they get around. Here at the town center there are parking spaces just for the golf carts. You can literally do your grocery shopping and/or just go to dinner in your golf cart. There is a golf course, but you don't have to play golf to partake in cruising around in a golf cart. I like it! But if you are like me and don't live here, then you drive here the old-fashioned way. That said, with the way the area is shaped it is very easy to walk to several different things quite easily and leave your vehicle in the same spot. I love it and all kinds of beautiful stores and restaurants and Publix and and they keep adding more more and and lots of golf carts and everything and be careful and drive safe and I LOVEE Nocatee and everyone drives crazy and way to fast around everyone needs to force on safety and it is important and they need to put more fast food McDonald's subway and chick-fil-A and get rid of Wendy's and the 1 IMPORTANT THING IS SAFETY and golf cart drives and car drives drive way to fast and and be careful and watch where you we going and be patient and all the restaurants are delicious and amazing and great service and everywhere you go such great services and so welcoming and everything and everyone is so kind and caring and at every place you go and feel right at home and so sweet and nice and Publix is so AWESOME big beautiful and have everything check it out and be careful in plaza drive careful and safe and all the cars and golf carts drive way to fast and plus drive slow and and caution for all the families and children and teenagers and SAFETY IS IMPORTANT and drive with caution thank you so much and we don't need any accidents in this community and plus listen to your parents and everyone around you for your safety thank you so much and communication is most important as a community especially here is Nocatee! This place is great for those whom have the resources! Everyone travels around in golf carts. I think This is so convenient for people who live in the neighborhood. They have a lot of wonderful shops and restaurants in the area. Tijuana Flats, Trayler Park( https://yelp.to/qTKq/gleo3DMBFZ ), South Kitchen and other places to explore. All in walking distance from each other. Highly recommend area for a fun night on the town. read more

Love me some Nocatee! Yes, the town center is growing and yes they REALLY need to allow some other stores to open (I mean, Publix opening their own Greenwise across the street? Give us Trader Joe's!). But very well designed (not talking roads here), golf and bile accessible and clean. Loving it. read more
