Excellent selection of stores and eateries in a great location! Love the pond with fish and turtles too. So much to explore and enjoy!

We come to St. Johns Town Center pretty often--it's one of our favorite spots to walk around with the kids. The place is clean, spacious, and there's always something going on, which makes it a fun outing for the whole family. I love that there's a good mix of shopping and dining, and the atmosphere feels lively without being too hectic. One thing that could definitely be improved is the kids' playground area. It's a nice bonus to have it there, but it really needs some love--either expanding it or fixing up what's already there would make a big difference. Right now it feels a bit neglected and doesn't quite match the rest of the center's vibe. Still, it's a great place to spend a few hours, grab a bite, let the kids burn off some energy, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. If they updated that playground, it'd be a solid five stars from me!

They have almost everything! It's honestly pretty rare for me to need to go somewhere other than Town Center to buy something I need.

Ask the Community - St. Johns Town Center

When are they going to add more luxury stores?

There is a Gucci store opening spring of 2023 across from the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar

Are there Dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed on leashes anywhere around the town center but it's ultimately up to each store if they allow them inside. Most are ok with it. I know that LUSH and Lululemon are both dog friendly for sure!

Does the sephora at st johns town center have chanel cosmetics?

Unfortunately, no they do not carry CHANEL cosmetics. The Nordstrom at the St. Johns Town Center does though.

I went ahead and grabbed a bag but didn't realize it must have been caught and ripped in clearance section and some beads had come off so. I called again and the employees held the sequin bag for me to pick it up all of the employees in the store are SO sweet helping me find whatever I need fixing problems and holding items for me so I don't need to hurry into traffic at rush hours while sick. They went above and beyond and are just the sweetest girls and I had to leave a review because so often you go shopping and the store girls don't help you or are cold and the experience is harder then online. However this was just the cutest experience today from like 3-5pm. They're so chipper and helpful that even though I accidentally didn't even check a bag they were happy to help and save the day on top of holding the skirt of my dreams for a few mins! But overall, this mall has definitely seen better days. While the exterior doesn't necessarily reveal the level of aging, when you get inside the mall you noticed pretty quickly but this mall is likely on it's downturn. There are several closed, or seemingly closed stores, and most of the traffic seems relegated to a couple of the larger department stores like H&M and Belk. A lot of empty kiosks in the middle of the walkway with the rest of them being occupied by local vendors that didn't seem to be getting much business at all. And if teenagers are still headed to malls on Saturday's to hang out, this is clearly not the mall that most of the local teenagers here hang out in as the traffic was surprisingly light for a Saturday - I just realized that may appeal to certain readers of this review. Lol. Anyway, unless you are visiting a specific store in this mall as a destination, I would probably suggest finding one of Jacksonvilles bigger malls for a true mall experience.

I shop Publix often and eat at various restaurants here- including Tijuana Flats, Deerwood Diner and Open Sushi. Some business have not survived the Covid-19 closures- we lost Snowgenix (which I loved). On the flip side- we gained Rowe's Grocery on the other side of the center. This is one of the more dangerous parking lots I frequent. One way aisles for parking- there are plenty of times I have been facing someone going the wrong way. I have seen numerous people enter the center on the wrong side of the median at the entrance. I have seen plenty of accidents and hit and runs. My near- misses are pretty high myself. You will see people speed through the parking lot and people who are going so slow you could walk past them. Add pedestrians and cyclists- this is easily a recipe for disaster. This shopping center is bigger than it looks and has several ways in and out- there is an access road for the bus system that runs parallel with Southside. The center is situated between Old Baymeadows and Baymeadows- and you can enter in from either road and numerous points. Even with high risk for vehicle damage- this is still one of my most visited shopping centers. Drive safe and watch out for the other guy...

Need your shoes repaired? They got you covered. Hungry? There are multiple places to grab a bite. I seen a Mediterranean restaurant, a Tijuana Flats, and I came here for a Vietnamese restaurant. I am currently still looking for said Vietnamese restaurant as I am beginning this review. It can be a little confusing navigating the strip mall. Hey, I just passed an insurance company. One more service that they were offered. Again, they make good with what they have. I would recommend the shopping mall if you are coming here for a particular business. The parking lot seems relatively safe and well-maintained, there is plenty of parking and there . There are far worse places to go in Jacksonville and beyond

I challenge you to take a chance and come to the food court for a Boba Drink from one of the kindest Asian man and his wife that I know(Boba Blends),Sakura and Mandarin Kitchen are Asian owned and the sister owns Sakura and the brother owns Mandarin Kitchen. The First Coast Cookies, I love dearly, Mr. Potato Spread, Funnel Cake Queen, & Island dream are in the food court too! The last three used to be food trucks and now in Brick and mortar. They might still have trucks too, not sure. Come give the mall a chance! Ernie and I enjoy walking in here as well, because it's air conditioned and inside walking is good for us!
