We have come to hate working with RV dealers and waiting for weeks to get an appointment and they leaving the RV for days to weeks then paying huge hourly rates. Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.

But at 10:30 no one had arrived. I called and they said my tech had called out sick and did I get my confirmation to which I said yes. To be I honest I was grouchy as they made it sound like I was not getting a tech. They then agreed to send someone out. Asked for my phone number and email which was weird as I had been communication via email. They asked for a card and I explained I was paying in cash, to which they said they would let the tech know. The call ended and not 5 minutes later I get another call asking for my email, phone number, and credit card information. Excuse? I just went through all this. She got defensive and then hung up on me. I called back and after a brief exchange I gave them my email and ended the call. The techs ("you got two for one" ) showed up approximately 1 1/2 hours later. To be honest they over didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and didn't come with all the needed equipment. Neither wanted to get under the RV, but reluctantly did so. They had to create a wire to get it done from my left over junk. When it was all said and done they wanted $160 more than the quote. I showed them the quote and the accepted the amount in cash. Additionally they also made me feel that the issue couldn't be repaired more than moving the slide in and locking it. I kind of felt taken advantage of when it was all said and done. I will not be using them again.

These people are con men just trying to milk out the biggest bill of the smallest repair ever. A $250 job MAX turns into a $1000+ job just off of their over priced labor and their multiple trips back and forth to your residence to try to run up a "service call" bill at $140 each. They are not transparent with prices no matter how much you ask them. Their labor is $180 an HOUR!! I even helped the old man out with the labor to make his job easier anything to make a buck in today's day and age I guess. I recommend rv doctor, roaming rv tech, or big guy mobile repair. Even if their prices are a little steeper, they get the job done the first time they come, and won't try to screw with you. Look at all the rest of the reviews of these people.
