We have been using the RV Doctor for 3 + years. They can do everything a dealer can do but quicker and with little to no hassle. They have replaced our water pump, repacked the wheel bearings, fixed leaks, replaced shower head and control, replace the awning and more. We love using them due to the wonderful attitude and broad knowledge of their people. We live in SW Denver Metro area and take the RV to St. Vrain State Park and they come to us. 3 to 5 hours and it is all finished. We have come to hate working with RV dealers and waiting for weeks to get an appointment and they leaving the RV for days to weeks then paying huge hourly rates. Go somewhere else for RV repair. This place is incompetent, unreliable, and just wants to make as much money as possible off of you with zero regard to customer service. We had an appointment scheduled. When the tech wasn't here as stated, I called the RV Doctor to ask where he was / what was going on. They told me a different appointment time and when I pushed back saying, "no, this was my scheduled time," they then admitted that they changed my appointment without telling us because they had to fire someone. When they came out, their tech had to take pictures of our roof for an insurance estimate. I told them the exact details and status of our RV / what needed to be photographed. After 2 weeks of waiting to send this data to our insurance company, I finally called to ask them where this information + estimate was, and of course they told me "our system is broken. Sorry, sending it now." Since they didn't photograph the actual issue that I specified, our insurance company started investigating us for fraud. So I called them on 10/26 and said "you claim to be the pros at this, I specifically told you from our first correspondence what needed to be collected for evidence, and you didn't take the right pictures. Why wasn't this done correctly?" The guy suggested that they could come back out (and do the work that I initially requested and paid $300 for) so I asked if they'd be charging us again or if they'd come make it right. He said that he'd need to talk to 3 different people internally then get back to me. It's now 2.5 months later and still haven't heard back from him. Imagine my utter lack of surprise. We had to contract someone else for the job. This business is awful. Do yourself a favor and save the headache by hiring someone competent and reliable who doesn't just want your money. We had a $16K repair estimate & this is how the treatment went - just imagine what will happen for a lower price issue. read more

Our fridge went out in our RV during the Christmas cold snap. RV doctor correctly diagnosed the issue and worked with our extended warranty to get pre-approval for the repairs. This place broke my unit and refused to fix it! I took my Class A motorhome for an inspection that cost $180.25, and when I got it back, it would not connect to battery power. I called immediately and let them know. They set an appointment to visit my home to check out the unit 5 days later, rendering it useless for over five days in the middle of Summer. When the appointment time came, RV Doctor called wanting me to bring the unit in, as I let them know before that I could not do that because I was in the middle of cleaning and waxing the outside. RV Doctor staff became insulting. Casey treated me like an idiot. Even the owner was a complete jerk, refused to stand behind any work on the unit, and hung up when I tried to return to the issue needing fixing. Stating, "I don't think I will ever be able to please you!" he didn't even try! I have questioned the ability of this place because when I looked at the original invoice, it stated that I had "no inverter," and the unit DOES have an 1800-watt Xantrex Sine Wave Inverter. When I brought this issue to RV Doctor's attention, they again said I didn't know what I was talking about because there was "no inverter." I also had them check out a water compartment light, which they left dangling down and not put back as they found it. They wanted to charge over $700 to run a 12-volt wiring to the compartment. Besides all this, they left my unit a mess! There were crumbs and a half-used water bottle left in the unit. Dirt tracked into the unit because I could see bootprints on my stairs and carpet. I had professionally cleaned it before taking the unit in. Don't trust this place. They don't stand behind any work, and the staff is rude and uncooperative. Have had to have a different rv company fix their shotty work fixed twice. I would not recommend them at all. DM repair has fixed everything they have messed up. Inexperienced and rude. The owner tried to fix their employees screw up but only half way did it all along swearing and putting holes in our 2021 camper. These guys are a joke. Do not hire them!!! Woohoo - as good as it gets!! RV Doctor in Loveland ROCKS! Quick to respond and thorough, really thorough. From fuses and wires, to boards and connections - they cover it all. And if you're worried about pricing - don't be! Took a trip up to the Miracle Mile and found our furnace was out - coming back, so were all of our signal lights. RV Doctor was able to come the same day I called - spent a few hours and had us back up and running - all for the same price as taking our camper to a shop. Except, it didn't sit around for DAYS before someone actually worked on it. Super friendly, nice guys who know what they're doing. Micah is a very talented gentleman. He came out to my house pleasantly earlier than expected and ready to work. I was extremely impressed how he found a problem that I presented to many seasoned engineers and electricians, SOLVING IT Perfectly within minutes. We used the RV Doctor on approximately 4-5 different occasions and they seemed knowledgeable and fixed the problem. On the last two appointments we had an issue with our awning on our 2019 fifth wheel and they didn't have the right part to fix it and tried another fix which did not work. They ordered a new awning (material) the end of September and after several follow up calls we were able to schedule an appointment in December. At that appointment the awning motor was in working condition but after they installed the material the motor no longer worked and the LED lighting strip which also worked before they arrived was gone. They were going to order the motor and light strip and come back to fix those items. Unfortunately, I have had no contact with them. read more

Our brake controller was throwing an error code. When my husband looked up the code, a short in the wiring was a possible cause listed. He called the RV Doctor and they were great about coming out that day. My husband helped the Tech take off the tires of the camper to check out the brakes and everything looked good. There didn't seem to be a short in the electrical system in the camper or truck. Unfortunately, the technician couldn't find anything wrong and had no clue what the problem could be. After the tech left, My husband did some research online and was able to figure out that the problem was the brakes needed adjusting. Apparently, adjusting brakes on campers should be done yearly or every three thousand miles. The bill was $270.00 to come out and look at our camper for 45 min. My husband and I have called twice asking to speak with the owner hoping he would work with us on the price. Both times we were transferred to the owners phone which went to voicemail. Left messages on his voicemail and sent an email message. Still have not heard back. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of service. read more
