Ordered am RSI SmartCap from Will at S-Cargo a few months back and recently had it installed. Will was fantastic with communication through the process. If you've also ordered an RSI Cap, you know they're hard to get ahold of...and, well, I check in a few times along the way. Will was always gracious when I checked in and was able to get the cap installed really quick once he received it at the shop. Both he and his installers at the shop were very friendly and helpful in answering any and all questions I had. Prior to this experience w/ S-Cargo, I knew nothing about them. But between the time I ordered the cap and the time I had it installed, I spoke to others I saw around who already had RSI caps, each of which also purchased them from S-Cargo. They all had great experiences with Will and his team, as did I. Now that I have also completed the purchase, I have to say that the entire team there is entirely focused on customer service. Super group of people there! I couldn't be happier to have worked with them and highly encourage anyone in the market to at least talk with them. I can't say enough about Bill and S-Cargo Truck Caps. I'm about to leave to drive to Central America and at the last minute realized the locking mechanism on my truck cap wasn't working. I called Bill yesterday and despite his full schedule he agreed to meet me the next morning and consult an what needed to be done. I arrived this morning and Bill spent 45-minutes reconditioning my lock. And then, he didn't charge me for his time/expertise. Highly recommend! Made the drive up here after looking at some other shops in Denver. I was trying to find a used (and affordable) cap cover for my F150. Upon walking into the store, you can tell that they clearly take a lot of pride in their work. Clean showroom with waiting area, and great selection! I was shown a few different options, but ended up on a color matched (black) used cover within my budget. I was also shown a gently used bed rug and decided to get that too (as my bed was unfinished). It was easy to schedule an install appointment, and the best part - since this store is in the county, the sales taxes were crazy low! Absolutely worth the drive from Denver. I needed a front window replaced in my topper before I moved cross-country, and ordered one from SnugTop through S-Cargo. I made an appointment to have it installed right before I left, but SnugTop out of California made a mistake and didn't ship it to S-Cargo on time. S-Cargo called me and told me what had happened, and that they looked around and found a window that would fit (and was a flip-down upgrade) that they'd install for the same cost. I brought the topper in for the appointment and they not only replaced the window, but ironed out a few other issues with the topper while it was there. These guys are very fair and have a great work ethic. If you're anywhere in the front range and need a truck topper or work done to one, I'd call these guys first. read more

The guys here are very friendly and helpful to address all your questions and concerns. This is my 2nd Chevy Silverado to have an Undercover Flex bed cover installed. They also installed a bed seal kit which is highly recommended for 2007 & newer GM trucks. Their pricing is best in NOCO and their workmanship is tops. I recommend highly. read more

I'm pretty happy with the truck topper that they hooked me up with. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend them. They also had the best prices that I found after researching all of the other similar companies from Ft. Collins to Broomfield. Now, truck toppers are still expensive mind you, but these guys were $100-200 better than their competition. read more

I went to this place a couple of years ago and their service was great. They removed my old liner and put in the rubber mat. They also made minor repairs to the shell window. I went in there today and was very disappointed in there customer service. There was a man that was being helped before me and the repair man did take the time to ask me what I needed help with. He said he was behind and is helping the customer but said he would help us soon. Well that didnt happen because they began to go on a memory lane and before I knew it the customer and repair man went into his office and started to look through photos! Wow really? You're behind your workload but you want to go down memory lane and forget you have a customer ? This is rude no matter how you look at it. We left and I thought just because they are probably the only buisness in town that does repair for toppers they dont care for any business. So this consumer is going to Fort Collins instead. read more
