The 20x40 tent that was delivered was dirty, and the chairs were absolutely disgusting. They were…read morecovered in rust and dirt, and I had to spend time scrubbing them before my event so my guests could use them. No customer should have to clean rental equipment before a party. To make matters even worse, the portable toilet that I paid for was never delivered. I was assured that I was on the delivery schedule, but it never arrived. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience during an important event. The lack of quality control and poor communication were unacceptable. I paid for clean equipment and reliable service, and I did not receive either. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I expect a refund for the portable toilet that was never delivered and compensation for the condition of the rental equipment.

When I first realized, I reached out to Kiera and her office several times and she did not respond back. When I finally spoke with her, she denied that my tables had been taken. (And shared pictures of the back of some truck as if that is proof) I also shared Ring camera footage that clearly shows the pickup crew did not provide my husband with a pickup invoice or itemized list before loading the truck. Without verifying what was being collected, they removed items from our property. The company did acknowledge that they had taken vases (that were on one of my tables that was taken) that also did not belong to them but they have refused to acknowledge taking my three tables. I would most definately look elsewhere for rental equipement.
