A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.

Brian, the sales guy, was super easy to talk to, work with and helped us figure out what would work best for our space designing a Trex deck and pathway of pavers.
