I'm traveling down the Oregon coast so my skin has been exposed to a lot of sun. Grace took a look & recommended a facial & microdermabrasion. Grace was professional and knowledgeable. The massage portion of the facial was my favorite -relaxing with just the right pressure. Grace monitored my tolerance carefully during microdermabrasion. I left feeling totally relaxed & my face is radiant! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grace and this facility. The facility & treatment room are first class & wonderful. The products used were fragrant but not overpowering. The background music, heated table & aroma added to my very positive experience. I'll be back!

it's been a while since i went for my cuts with michael, and am remiss in not writing this sooner…read more but i was very very happy with michael and the whole tangles experience. i found him talented, friendly, fun to chat with and so very personable. i walked in giving him little direction in what i wanted and he did a great job in giving me a cut that i really liked. his shop seems to be run like a well oiled machine, which, in this day/age, impresses me. i would high recommend michael - he's terrific.

Unfortunately, the nails came out very plain with no hearts at all, which was the main detail I asked for. The polish also looked bubbly and uneven. When I mentioned it, I was told they were fine, which was frustrating because they clearly didn't look smooth. I also didn't feel much communication during the appointment, so it was hard to make adjustments. Overall, the service didn't match what I asked for or expected. I'm hoping this was just an off day, but based on my visit I wouldn't likely return.
