It was a long drive and the provider seemed to have lost my appointment and double booked and couldn't squeeze me in. And she admitted she messed up and did find the appointment while I was there. But I had to wait a week to rebook and it's not like I live in Brookings. I drive down from Gold Beach. The ambiance is horrible because somebody crashed into the front months earlier and it hasn't been repaired yet. Just hazard tape around the bashed-in front wall. The provider didn't have a lot of experience and 50$ was too much for the level (and lack) of service. I'll never go back. But hey, there aren't a whole lot of providers for pedicures in Brookings OR Gold Beach. It's a shame. I'll keep looking, but I think I'll have to drive to Crescent City or Grants pass for better service. Either that or just go back to doing my own pedicures. Can't complain too much. We live in paradise here. So there's good with the bad. It's just too small of a town to have more options available. And I dont think I wish the town would get any bigger. #SmallTownProblems

Unfortunately, the nails came out very plain with no hearts at all, which was the main detail I asked for. The polish also looked bubbly and uneven. When I mentioned it, I was told they were fine, which was frustrating because they clearly didn't look smooth. I also didn't feel much communication during the appointment, so it was hard to make adjustments. Overall, the service didn't match what I asked for or expected. I'm hoping this was just an off day, but based on my visit I wouldn't likely return.
