I needed an artist for my daughter's party so I reached out to her and paid $100 deposit. The day of the event I texted her and she said she was sick and couldn't make it but will try to find someone for me. Event came and went with no one showing up. I texted her and said to return my deposit but weeks came and went with no response from her. $100 is not a lot of money and it's hardly a dent in my wallet but to scam a child and her friends out of what would have been a wonderful experience is despicable. We have booked Noella twice for face painting this year. Once for an Easter event, and once for Día De Los Muertos event. For the Easter event, she reached out shortly before the event and said she had a flat tire and wouldn't be able to make it. We pleaded with her, as I had coordinated hiring her and my father passed away a few days before so I already wasn't going to be there. She showed up but late. Did well with kids. For the Día de Los Muertos event, she messaged us 30min before the event and said she wasn't going to make it. That's the second time she's done that except this time it was a family emergency and she didn't come at all. Poor communication and super unreliable. We understand things happen but both times we hired her that was our experience. We will not hire her again and we advise anyone else against it or to have a backup. read more

She actually came to my place to do my henna and she was on time. Although she was pregnant at that time, she made sure she was on time that day and was super nice and friendly. Unfortunately, this business is super unprofessional in every other sense and there's a huge risk of being overcharged or getting charged additional hidden fees after the fact. If you're thinking about hiring her for your bridal henna, be careful. I had booked her a year ago and she was super responsive and really nice about everything. Then Covid happened and I tried to reach out to her to tell her my event had been postponed. I didn't ask for a refund or anything, just asked her if its ok if we reschedule when I get a wedding date in the future. It took her 2 weeks to get back to me. And that was after multiple pings to her. And her response was that she was having a baby and therefore she was very sick. Ok, I understand. Fast forward to September she's had her baby and I've reached out to her at least 2-3 times if she's available for my new wedding date. NO RESPONSE! Not only that, she reads every message I send. I even called her 5 times. When I called from my phone she would decline the call. From another number, she just wouldn't answer. I got sick of it. I've requested my money back from her, but I doubt I'll get it back. Short story, don't bother booking with her unless you don't want your henna for your wedding day. Extremely unprofessional service. I was charged extra amount that was never discussed or agreed upon prior to the event. It was done after the fact without any discussion with me. When contacted multiple times, she finally responded and refused to refund the money claiming that she stayed 15 minutes longer. She did not! She made sure to leave exactly on time. Please be wary of Noella's extreme dishonesty, unprofessionalism and lying. If you hire her, kick her out exactly on the the dot or she will claim that she stayed longer and charge you for it read more

I found Noella by sheer luck and hired her for my 70th birthday. She was the joy of the party.
