Quick and easy. There are not a lot of places in the valley where you can just fax something anymore. The library won't let you do it, and other spots require you to pay a hefty fee. But this spot here was quick and efficient. Just tell them what you want faxed, and they do it for you for a really small fee, depending on the pages you have. I had some important documents to fax, and it was done with ease. Anyone looking for just a spot to fax stuff, this is your spot! A few times, I paid $1 for one page, $1.50 for another, and today the armo guy at the counter decided to charge me $2 for one page. Really bad experience. Got charged 6.67 dollars for 5 papers (4 letter prints and a A3 print, all b/w)! Then the guy working there tried to tell me "there is a minimum of three dollars for letter prints" plus "a tax on card payments". When are you gonna tell me? After I pay? I was surprised at first by how hard it was to find a headshot printing place, I combed Yelp and didn't see a lot by me. Once I saw the reviews for this place, it was clear that this was where I needed to go. I wasn't sure what to expect, so I brought my laptop (which wasn't at all necessary). All you have to do is email your documents to their email address. I attached a pic of it to this review. I came in the morning on Friday and nobody was there, so I got what I needed addressed right away. I got a few copies of my headshot, they put the name on there for me, and they printed out my resume to the same size as my headshot. They printed out my resumes free of charge, it's cool because it feels like they're for the performers and people trying to make it out here. Some people don't have a printer, to providing that service is really thoughtful. Parking was easy at the time I went, it's small/medium sized lot with a few other little random businesses. I clearly saw it from the main road I was on, so it's pretty easy to find. From Silverlake it took me under 20 minutes to get here and the whole process since I got there early took about 5 minutes. Came for passport photos. While the staff was nice enough, and turnaround was relatively quick -- the prices were outrageous (honestly 10x what I would've paid elsewhere...and I made the mistake of not asking about cost upfront, assuming I'd not be taken advantage of). Quality was pretty awful as well. I've seen significantly better prints come out of low end, non-professional/home photo printers. There are so many better options around town. I came here to print my thank you cards with wedding photos to send out to my guests. After my poor experience I would not recommend this place for anyone trying to get decent prints of photos. Go to Arnold's Copy and Printing instead, he knows what he's doing with professional quality prints (and cuts). After getting the initial order I went through and noticed many photos that had bad cuts, showing white, bad creases, or course edges (about 1/3rd of the 97 photos had bad cuts). I also needed a few additional photos printed. When I went back to finish up there was someone else there who did a totally unsatisfactory job. The new photos/reprints were poor quality and the wrong aspect ratio, he didn't fix up the photos with poor cuts, and he overcharged me. I asked for a refund for this but received no reply. Firstly, the picture quality was poor, and not the same as the original pics they printed (see the table picture for a comparison- new one is on top, original on bottom). They were also the wrong sizes/aspect ratios- they were taller and skinnier than the originals. He also said there's room for one more since I was asking for 7 and there was an extra space, but then he charged me for 8. He also charged me much more per photo than my original batch: I paid $16.54 for 8 photos, but I paid $104.73 for 97 prints (by my count) originally, so somehow the price doubled. Also, I shouldn't have even been charged for the 3 additional photos I requested, because I was only asking for them to be reprinted since the originals had bent edges. I ended up using the originals with the bent edges anyway since the new prints were such poor quality and different size. So I only ended up sending two of these new prints, the ones that were new photos, regrettably since they now looked like I took them with a cheap phone camera instead of our professional photographer. I also had to cut them myself, since the new photos were also cut poorly with the white edges showing (the other attached photo). I also was asking this employee who helped me to fix up the approximately 1/3 of photos from the original batch which were not cut properly, and he claimed he didn't have enough time, so he only let me give him a few of the worst ones. And I still had to spend an HOUR at home fixing them up with just my own scissors before I could send them out (these photos were included with our thank you cards). I did not receive what I ordered, and I paid over four times what I should have been charged (4 new prints x$1 = $4 + tax). And even those were of very poor quality, so I only sent two (out of necessity since they weren't in the original batch). The reprints of the bent photos were useless and I did not send those. I also had asked for the thank you cards to be matte and the photos to be glossy, but everything was matte. read more

I ordered from NoHo copy a few months ago I was told my copies would be ready as on the morning when they opened. I got there no one was there at all. I couldn't wait because I had to pick up my kid from dance so I had to come a whole separate day. Then I placed an order and asked for the same print style. I got there again at 9am, Alan was there about 9:02am he gave me my documents at 9:15am because they were not binded and they also were not cut properly. When I said hey it should be ready to be picked up when a person says 9am. He said it's just 5 mins very snarky!!! And I'm like it's not just 5 mins when you have meetings to get to.
