Just got turned away from another highly rated store that is around the corner from my house because they were too busy. Clerk told me he gets interrupted every couple of minutes and likely couldnt get to it til Monday and that was a maybe. I had five stacks of paper totaling about 448 pages and I said can't you drop a stack in, let the machine do its thing and attend to the counter? 5 times and done. He wasn't having it. I knew it would mean his having to do a complete reset of the layout which would mean additional cost for my friend. I decided to not insist as I did not want to incur more expense, but when Rojeh realized I was talking about an 1/8" adjustment he said he'd do it quickly and for no charge. The result was beautiful with accuracy of color matching I did not think could be achieved. My friend was delighted with the end result but it was really Rojeh's attention to detail that made it such a resounding success. Rojeh was so helpful! I went on the hunt looking for a place to print out some non formal invitations for Thanksgiving I had made. I also needed envelopes. I called A Express & spoke to Rojeh.
