When I picked up the sign, the gentleman graciously took the time to show me how to set it up and tear it down. It came with a nice carrying case, too. Very reasonable price. The parking lot is tiny. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company. They are fast, affordable and straight forward. I was in a bind and needed 6 banners right away within 48 hrs, they helped me out no problem and had enough vinyl to print immediately. A lot of printers pose as vinyl printers, but really they sub-contract the job and send it out to another printer, adding days of lead time. Liars, Liars, Liars. Beware. I have never seen such an unprofessional, dishonest people in my life. Gabriel gave me a quote, asked for a cash deposit, got the money, and disappeared for almost 3 months. When I called asking for my order, his son, Oscar, picked up the phone and was very rude saying things like "you didn't place the order with me so go talk to my dad. Well, Oscar, I would if I could get him on the phone. And aren't you one company, father and son kind of company? When I went to the office after Gabriel wouldn't return my phone calls (I made a few of them and emailed too), he gave me all kinds of excuses and was kind of apologetic. I said, you know what, that's fine, just finish this for me. The next thing I know he sends me a different invoice with a higher price. If anything he could do, it was to give me a discount for wasting my time and just disappearing. He gave my deposit back after I threatened to sue his company. Oh, he wrote a check and asked me cash it the next day because he didn't have money in his account. Where did my money go? Never in my life would I recommend this company to anyone. I drive up and I'm like is this it? Small office, but I guess it doesn't take much to make a sign. I don't know. I ask for the order that I am picking up. I get it and take off. At my office I take another look at the sign and make sure everything is to the dot with the sign(it's a pretty long word doc). I noticed that one word is spelled wrong and legally that won't fly with us, so I call them up and tell them that they messed up and that these are no good. It's some guy that can barely speak English first of all. Takes me a bit to realize what he is trying to tell me. He says that I needed to bring the old order in that they messed up so that they can just slap a new thing on top of it. Ok, I take it in and they hand me a giant sticker like thing and say here you go. I'm like...uh aren't you going to put it on? They're like, it's pretty easy you can just stick it on there. No, actually I'm not putting it on because I'm not the one that messed this up this is your job and you are suppose to fix it. Thanks for having my order late and messed up. Oscar and his family who run this company are really great. I think the family has been in the business for many years and do really know the ins and out of exterior signage and materials. Our's has only been on the building for about 8 months, but so far it's great and we don't expect anything bad to happen. They are quick, reliable, very, very reasonable, warranty their work and know signage. Oscar was really helpful with design input and helping us decide if our idea was realistic or good to begin with. We've recommended them to another commercial property owner and haven't heard any complaints.
