I honestly don't know how they get a 5 star reviews. Wanting to support a local Burbank business, I asked for a quote Monday, needing magnets by Friday. I received the "we'll get back to you with a quote" email and waited all day. Then I called twice Tuesday and they kept insisting they sent it. Side note - I should have known better after this, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They then realized there was an issue with their quote system and at 4.45pm Tuesday I finally received the quote and we accepted and provided corrected art the next morning. I was told in writing I would have them Friday or latest Monday. I was fine with Monday seeing the event was Tuesday and I could organize them any time Monday. I like to say a day earlier incase there are issues but again, supporting a local business and all and it was right down the street. I emailed first thing Monday asking them to let me know ASAP when I could pick up the magnets. At noon I called them and they were like you won't have them today, maybe tomorrow. WTF?!?! I would not recommend this business but everyone else seems to not have had the issues I did. read more

I needed to print my wedding invitations and was referred here by my friend, who is a graphic designer. I actually made a few calls and spoke with different print companies around the Burbank area for quotes and samples. Minute man press was one of the few places that did not charge for a sample. They also had the best price (50 5x7 and 50 4x6 cards) for about $60. And for being the cheapest I found, the best quality paper. I was actually pretty surprised at the paper quality...thick and beautiful coloring!! The other places had very thin paper, not appropriate for wedding cards and color looked faded. I did find that a few of the prints had a pink ink line, but they were able to replace them for free. George helped me out and he was extremely helpful, fast and efficient. I'll be coming back here for any other printing needs and also be recommending it to family and friends :) read more

We ordered books from CreateSpace an Amazon.com owned company and had 37 books that were printed wrong. After calling several printing companies I finally found one that agreed to try and fix Amazon's problems, this one. I picked up the books today and after they were recut looked amazing. As someone who writes quite often, I typically need my work to be bound. Recently, I've repeatedly gone to FedEx to TRY and get this done, but nearly every time, they've refused to perform the 1-5 minute task stating that they just were too busy... EVEN WHEN I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE. This happened repeatedly with them telling me that they wouldn't do their job, but that I could leave my content with them and pick it up at a later date... As I'm in the office most of the week, I don't have the freedom to make constant stops/pick-ups for--again--a process that (without hyperbole) takes a max of five minutes. So imagine my giddiness when I stopped in at Minuteman Press and Ivette immediately bound it for me! Unlike FedEx, she made the experience incredibly simple and immensely gratifying. Even more amazing was the fact that she let me take my beautifully bound writing free of charge as they require a $15 minimum for cards (which is all I had at the moment). Her only stipulation? Come on back another time when I had something else to bind. Although I was told that the copy machines were tied up on another job, the man at the front desk (owner?) said that if I had the resume on a flash drive, he would use the shop's computer to pull it up and print it out. George did a great job on printing our wedding invitations and was easy to work with. I had him do foil pressed and letter pressed on double thick cardstock for the main invitation page and just regular printing on linen cardstock for the rest of the invitation suite (rsvp, map/directions and entourage) I brought the invitation design to him and he knows exactly what to do without me trying to explain a lot, he's very prompt in answering all my questions and printed out our invitations on time.
