There is an extensive questionnaire on first visit but it's to help both you and the waxer. I generally get my brows threaded but she used soft wax and there was no skin reaction that I tend to have. This time we decided to do full volume & i have little to no lashes in the center as my shed cycle happens in the center but that's no issue for Janie. My lashes look bomb & I've gotten so many compliments on them! I haven't lost any & it's been a few days. I am obsessed.
